数字电视终端软件和MPEG-7应用技术研究

【摘要】:近几年来,在全球范围内形成了日益增长的数字电视市场;我国以模拟技术为基础的传统广播影视体制,正向以数字、网络技术为基础的新体制过渡,蕴含着巨大市场空间的数字电视产业正在形成;国际上数字电视机顶盒产品不断推陈出新,并拥有越来越广泛的用户。国内的众多数字电视终端产品开发单位都面临新的机遇与挑战。 在这样的市场背景下,作者结合自己在机顶盒产品开发项目中的任务,完成了以下三方面的研究工作: 基于MPEG-7的PDR高级功能的研究与设计; 数字电视终端通用软件框架设计; 数字电视相关产品(信号源与机顶盒)的开发。 本论文的主要创新点为: 提出了基于MPEG-7的广告节目描述方案,实现了广告节目的个人化收视。PVR可以实现跳过节目中广告部分的功能,但这一功能会影响节目提供商的广告收入,因此造成了节目提供商与PVR用户的矛盾。本项研究能够使广告节目的播出和收视更有针对性,从而可以同时满足节目提供商与电视观众两方面的要求。 提出了统一节目资源管理方案。该方案比现有的PVR产品中采用的方案更符合观众收视习惯。在该方案的基础上,实现了预约视频点播和预约节目录制,,比现有方案的实现效率更高。 向数字电视中间件标准的实现方案中增加了MPEG-7描述信息解析模块,可支持未来各种利用描述信息实现的高级应用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, a growing digital television market has been formed in the world, and the traditional radio, television and film system based on analog technology is in the process of transition to a new system based on digital and network technology. The digital TV industry, which contains a huge market space, is coming into being. In the world, the digital TV set-top box products are constantly innovating and have more and more users. Many domestic digital TV terminal product development units are facing new opportunities and challenges. In such a market background, the author combines his task in the STB product development project, The following three aspects of research work have been completed: the research and design of the advanced functions of PDR based on MPEG-7; General software frame design of digital TV terminal and development of digital TV related products (signal source and set top box). The main innovations of this paper are as follows: a description scheme of advertising program based on MPEG-7 is proposed, which can realize the function of skipping the advertising part of the program by realizing the personalized viewing of the advertising program. But this function will affect the advertising revenue of the program provider, thus causing the contradiction between the program provider and the PVR user. This study can make the broadcasting and viewing of advertising programs more targeted and meet the requirements of both program providers and TV viewers. A unified program resource management scheme is proposed. The scheme is more in line with audience viewing habits than the one used in existing PVR products. On the basis of this scheme, reservation video on demand and reservation program recording are realized, which is more efficient than the existing scheme. The MPEG-7 description information analysis module is added to the implementation scheme of digital television middleware standard, which can support various advanced applications using description information in the future.
