中小型IPTV业务管理与运营支撑系统的设计与实现

【摘要】: 近年来,随着多媒体技术和网络技术的不断进步以及国家一系列政策的推动, IPTV市场得到迅猛发展。通过IPTV,人们告别了单一被动的节目接受方式,走向集互联网内容、网络游戏、电视节目为一体的更为丰富多彩的互动数字娱乐生活。此外,IPTV也已经深入到了远程教育、电视政务和电视商务等领域,IPTV正在成为一个非常有前景的产业。 目前,IPTV系统大部分都是基于C/S模式的,这种模式的业务管理和运营支撑系统开发成本高,维护困难,扩展性和兼容性较差。而部分基于B/S模式的业务管理系统则是针对大型IPTV系统的,因此,开发出跨平台、具有良好扩展性和兼容性的适合中小型IPTV系统的业务管理与运营支撑系统就显得非常必要。 本文从经济、技术和社会三方面对系统的可行性进行了分析,并且经过调查,从用户和系统管理员的实际需求角度对系统的需求进行了分析。在此基础上,确定了系统采用B/S模式,使用JSP作为开发语言,SQL Server 2000作为后台数据库,采用连接池作为数据库访问技术。系统分为用户节目服务、用户自助服务、用户管理、媒体资源管理、栏目管理、广告管理、公告管理和认证计费等7大功能模块。本文借助用例图、数据流程图、E-R图、业务处理流程图、IPO图以及程序流程逻辑图等图表对系统进行了总体设计以及各个模块的详细设计。同时根据系统的实际使用需要,设计了系统的数据库连接方式和所需的数据表。 系统经过测试,本文设计的中小型IPTV业务管理与运营支撑系统的功能基本上都能实现,系统也较为安全稳定。但由于时间和个人水平的不足,系统尚存在服务项目单一、认证计费不够完善等问题,希望后续工作能够得以改进。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous progress of multimedia technology and network technology and the promotion of a series of national policies, the IPTV market has developed rapidly. Through IPTV, people bid farewell to the single passive way of receiving programs and move towards a more colorful interactive digital entertainment life that integrates Internet content, online games and TV programs. In addition, IPTV has also gone deep into the field of distance education, television government affairs and TV commerce. IPTV is becoming a very promising industry. At present, most of IPTV systems are based on C / S mode, which has high development cost, difficult maintenance, poor expansibility and poor compatibility. Part of the business management system based on the B / S model is aimed at the large-scale IPTV system. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a cross-platform, extensible and compatible business management and operation support system for small and medium-sized IPTV systems. This paper analyzes the feasibility of the system from the aspects of economy, technology and society, and through investigation, analyzes the requirements of the system from the point of view of the actual needs of users and system administrators. On this basis, the system adopts B / S mode, JSP as development language SQL Server 2000 as background database, connection pool as database access technology. The system is divided into seven functional modules: user program service, user self-service, user management, media resource management, column management, advertising management, announcement management and authentication and billing. With the help of use case diagram, data flow chart and E-R diagram, business process flow chart, IPO diagram and program flow logic diagram, the overall design of the system and the detailed design of each module are carried out in this paper. At the same time, according to the actual use of the system, the database connection mode and the required data table are designed. After testing, the functions of the small and medium-sized IPTV business management and operation support system designed in this paper can be basically realized, and the system is also relatively safe and stable. However, due to the shortage of time and personal level, there are still some problems in the system, such as single service items and imperfect authentication and billing, etc. It is hoped that further work can be improved.
