【摘要】：党的十八大报告指出,要"建设优秀传统文化传承体系,弘扬中华优秀传统文化。推广和规范使用国家通用语言文字"。这充分体现了语言文字工作在我国"五位一体"社会主义事业总体布局中的重要地位,体现了我们党对语言文字工作的高度重视。《国家中长期语言文字事业改革和发展规划纲要(2012～2020年)》的颁布,是贯彻党的十八大会议精神的重要举措,是推进社会主义文化强国建设的重要行动,是指导当前和今后一个时期语言文字工作的重要纲领。为落实党的十八大精神、贯彻《语言文字规划纲要》,教育部语言文字应用管理司和《语言文字应用》编辑部一起,特邀语言文字工作领域的专家学者撰写笔谈文章,发表各自的见解。现将笔谈文章刊发如下,以飨读者。
