【摘要】:随着国际化的日益深入,我国迎来了越来越多的涉外活动与贸易机会。这样的活动多是进行直接的语言交流,因此高质量的职业译员就成了许多大城市的紧缺人才。市场的需求使得口译培训作为新兴行业在中、东两个地区的大城市里悄然兴起。口译员这个身份也开始进入大众视野,并吸引了大批年轻人的目光。成为专业口译员是许多高校学子的梦想,对于非英语或翻译专业的学生而言,社会口译培训机构成为了他们的首选。武汉是中国高等教育最发达的城市之一,早在2001年就有了两家专门从事口译培训的机构。经过这些年的发展,武汉的口译培训学校数目越来越多,也给社会培养了一些高质量的口译人才。 这些机构在给社会普及“口译”这个职业概念的同时是否真的在教学上达到了培训专业译员的要求呢?对口译这个行业充满期待的学员们在花钱之后是否得到了专业的教学与适合自己职业发展需要的指导呢?笔者从2005年开始接触并了解口译培训机构,现在也参与其中一家机构的教学工作。因此对武汉市口译机构的历史与发展有深刻的了解。除了自身经验,笔者还通过调查问卷,走访与电话采访的形式更加全面的勾画了现存六家口译培训机构的师资、生源、课程设置、办学理念与办学状况。通过机构与机构之间的对比以及在国内外翻译学家的理论指导下总结这些机构办学中的优点与不足。最后提出一些改进意见与笔者期望。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of internationalization, China has ushered in more and more foreign-related activities and trade opportunities. Therefore, high-quality professional interpreters have become a shortage of talent in many big cities. The market demand makes interpretation training as a new industry in China. The two big cities in the east have emerged quietly. The interpreter has also begun to enter the public view, and attracted the attention of a large number of young people. It is the dream of many college students to become a professional interpreter. For non-English or translation majors, social interpretation training institutions have become the first choice for them. Wuhan is one of the most developed cities in higher education in China. In 2001, there were two organizations specializing in interpreting training. After the development of these years, the number of interpreting training schools in Wuhan has been increasing, and some high-quality interpreters have been trained to the society. While these institutions popularize the professional concept of "interpretation" in society, does it really meet the requirement of training professional interpreters in teaching? Are students looking forward to the interpretation profession getting professional teaching and guidance tailored to their professional development needs after spending money? In 2005, the author began to contact and understand the interpretation training institutions, and now he is also involved in the teaching work of one of them. Therefore, I have a deep understanding of the history and development of the interpreting institutions in Wuhan, except for my own experience. The author also through the questionnaire, interviews and telephone interviews in the form of a more comprehensive description of the existing six interpretation training institutions teachers, students, curriculum. Through the comparison between institutions and institutions and the theoretical guidance of translators at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of these institutions. Finally, some suggestions for improvement and the author's expectation are put forward.
