【摘要】:本论文基于前人研究和作者田野调查资料,介绍了锡林郭勒盟察哈尔人加工、食用的传统奶食品的种类和制作流程等,收集解释了察哈尔奶食品名称,从语言学角度对察哈尔奶食品名称进行描写研究,试图揭示其词语结构与语义理据方面的一些特点。 论文由导论、正文(共三章)、结论、参考文献、附录、后记几个部分组成。 导论部分阐述了选题目的和选题意义,简要介绍了研究现状,并交代了研究步骤和研究方法。 第一部分以表格形式介绍了锡林郭勒盟察哈尔人传统奶食品的种类,对其制作流程进行了简要说明并附图解释。 第二部分为对察哈尔地区传统奶食品名称的诠释。为了便于比较起见,本章词语解释还引用了部分词典中的词条释义。 第三部分从词语结构和语义理据方面对察哈尔地区传统奶食品名称进行了分析研究。 结论部分总结了本论文所述内容,附录为在田野调查中接受采访人员简况表。
[Abstract]:Based on the previous research and the author's fieldwork, this paper introduces the kinds and processes of traditional dairy food processed and consumed by Chahar people in Xilingul-League, and explains the name of Chahar milk food. This paper studies the description of Chahar's milk food name from the linguistic point of view and tries to reveal some characteristics of its word structure and semantic motivation. The paper consists of three chapters: introduction, text, conclusion, reference, appendix and postscript. The introduction describes the purpose and significance of the topic, briefly introduces the current situation of the research, and explains the research steps and methods. The first part introduces the kinds of traditional milk food of Chahar people in Xilingol League in tabular form. The second part is the interpretation of the name of traditional dairy food in Chahar region. For the sake of comparison, the explanation of words in this chapter also refers to the definitions of the words in some dictionaries. The third part analyzes the name of traditional dairy food in Chahar from the aspects of word structure and semantic motivation. The conclusion part summarizes the contents of this paper, and the appendix is the brief table of the interviewees in the field investigation.
