高职护理专业学生的拒绝策略研究

【摘要】:本文从语用学的角度调查90后中国护理专业女性大专学生在拒绝言语行为策略使用上的特点。 本研究以“言语行为理论”、“合作原则”、“礼貌原则”和“面子理论”为理论依据,,通过补全对话(DCT)的方式,对上海医药高等专科学校的120名护理专业女性学生进行问卷调查。在本研究中,引发拒绝的言语行为设定为:要求、邀请、给予和建议四类。语料主要来自于DCT的问卷调查。分析语料时,主要考虑社会地位对拒绝策略的影响。 结果表明,90后中国护理专业女性大专学生所使用的拒绝策略共有27种,其中使用最多的是说明理由策略,其次是直接拒绝。这些策略可以按照内容、词法和句法分成三大类。就内容而言,使用最多的策略是说明理由、批评教育和说“对不起”;使用最多的词是程度副词和称呼;使用最多的句法结构是“是的,但是”。 社会地位对拒绝策略的使用有影响:社会地位高时,受试者使用的拒绝策略数量最少;社会地位低时,受试者使用的拒绝策略数量最多。社会地位高时,受试者最常使用的策略是解释说明,使用批评教育和原则规则;社会地位平等时,受试者最常使用的是解释说明和直接拒绝;社会地位低时,受试者最常使用的策略是解释说明,使用程度副词,称呼和说“对不起”。 调查还发现,要求、邀请、给予和建议四种言语行为对拒绝策略的选择也有影响:对于请求言语行为,受试者使用最多的策略是解释说明,使用的拒绝策略数量也最多;对于邀请,受试者最常使用的策略是程度副词,说“对不起”和说“下次吧”,使用的拒绝策略数量也是最少的。对于给予言语行为,使用最多的策略是直接拒绝。在拒绝建议的时候,这些90后学生使用最多的策略是为自己辩护。 本研究能够提高人们对中文语境下年轻女性拒绝言语行为和策略的认识。同时,由于研究对象均是护理专业的学生,本研究也能有助于人们对护理人员和病患之间的关系有更清晰的认识。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of pragmatics, this paper investigates the characteristics of female post-1990 nursing college students in the use of refusal speech act strategies. On the basis of speech Act Theory, Cooperative principle, Politeness principle and face Theory, the present study is based on the theory of "complete dialogue", which is based on the theory of "speech act theory", "cooperation principle", "politeness principle" and "face theory". A questionnaire survey was conducted among 120 female nursing students in Shanghai Medical College. In this study, the speech acts that led to rejection were: request, invitation, The data are mainly from the questionnaire survey of DCT. In the analysis of the data, the influence of social status on refusal strategies is mainly considered. The results show that there are 27 kinds of rejection strategies used by female nursing college students after 1990, among which the most frequently used strategies are explanation strategies, followed by direct refusal strategies. These strategies can be used according to content. In terms of content, the most frequently used strategies are to explain reasons, criticize education and say "sorry"; the most used words are degree adverbs and address forms; and the most frequently used syntactic structures are "yes, but". Social status has influence on the use of rejection strategies: when social status is high, subjects use the least number of rejection strategies; when social status is low, subjects use the most number of rejection strategies. The most common strategies used by subjects were explanation, criticism of education and rules of principle; when social status was equal, subjects most often used explanation and direct rejection; when social status was low, The most common strategies used by subjects were to explain, use degree adverbs, address and say "sorry". It was also found that four kinds of speech acts, such as request, invitation, giving and suggestion, also had an impact on the choice of refusal strategies: the most frequently used strategies for requesting speech acts were explanation and the number of refusal strategies used; For invitations, the most common strategies used by the subjects were degree adverbs, saying "sorry" and "next time" and using the least number of rejection strategies. The most commonly used strategy was direct rejection. The most common strategy used by these 90-year students was to defend themselves. This study can improve the understanding of young women's refusal speech acts and strategies in Chinese context. At the same time, since the subjects of the study are nursing students, This study also helps to better understand the relationship between nurses and patients.
