楚惠王居“宛郊”试释——兼谈古文字中的几个相关字

【摘要】：包山楚简中有一地名,写作、或,它在新近公布的《清华大学藏战国竹简(壹)》《楚居》篇中被写作或。以前,学界多以《说文解字》"嗣"字古文形体为依据,释之为"吁"。近有学者提出新解,将之释为"惌(音宛)吁",以为或是楚国旧地"宛橐";从出土古文字材料和传抄古文两方面考虑,地名首字应是"宛"字,次字应是"号"字。"宛号"可读为"宛郊",或即今河南省南阳市郊的某处地方,在历史上曾经作为楚惠王的居住地而短暂存在。
[Abstract]:Baoshan Chu Bamboo slips contain a place name, writing, or, it was written or written in the recently published "Tibetan and warring States Bamboo slips (1) of Tsinghua University" or "Chu Ju". Before that, the academic circles mostly relied on the ancient form of the word "Shuo Wen Jie Zi". Recently, some scholars put forward a new interpretation and interpreted it as "Yu" or "Wan Ligularia" in the old land of the State of Chu. Considering the unearthed ancient text materials and the transmission of ancient Chinese characters, the first word for place names should be the word "Wan". The second word should be "number". "Wan" can be read as "Wanjiao", or somewhere in the suburbs of Nanyang City, Henan Province, which existed briefly as the residence of King Chu Hui in history.
