【摘要】：新疆的双语教育是一种追求"民汉兼通"的"添加性"的双语教育。"民汉兼通"的方针准确而又深刻地反映了新疆双语教育的本质属性:在"民语"基础上,学习掌握汉语的"添加性"双语教育性质。全面贯彻落实这一方针是实现双语教育目的的根本保证。
[Abstract]:The bilingual education in Xinjiang is a kind of "additive" bilingual education which pursues "both Chinese and people". The policy of "both Chinese and people" accurately and profoundly reflects the essential attribute of bilingual education in Xinjiang: on the basis of "folk language", It is the fundamental guarantee to realize the aim of bilingual education to learn and master the "additive" nature of bilingual education.
