新疆城镇发展和双语教育的进程——南疆地区两个专题调研报告

【摘要】：自从中央政府启动"西部大开发"发展战略以来,新疆维吾尔自治区发生了很大的变化,社会结构的深层变化和汉族劳动力的涌入使新疆的社会发展、经济建设和民族关系进入了一个新的历史阶段。本文关注的是新疆各族知识分子和民众十分关心的两个问题——喀什老城区改造和双语教育,希望通过对这两个具体问题的讨论来理解新疆和西部地区社会发展和民族交往中普遍存在的主要问题。
[Abstract]:Since the central government launched the development strategy of "developing the western region", great changes have taken place in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region. The deep changes in social structure and the influx of Han Chinese labor forces have led to the social development of Xinjiang.Economic construction and ethnic relations have entered a new historical stage.This article focuses on two issues of great concern to intellectuals and people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang-the transformation of the old urban areas of Kashgar and bilingual education.It is hoped that the discussion of these two specific problems will help to understand the main problems in the social development and ethnic exchanges in Xinjiang and the western region.
