泰国华裔汉语教师的作用与局限研究

【摘要】:泰国汉语教育的发展,关系到中泰两国的友好往来和未来经济的发展,因此,汉语教育的顺利发展,意义举足轻重。但是,在泰国全国范围内如火如荼地掀起“汉语热”的同时,汉语教师短缺却成了制约汉语教育发展的瓶颈。唯有解决师资问题,泰国的汉语教育才能突破发展难题。因此本文的写作目的,即通过对泰国华裔汉语教师的研究,提出泰国汉语师资培养的建议,为泰国的汉语教育贡献自己的一份绵薄之力。 本文通过对比、分析前人对泰国汉语教师的介绍和研究,在对泰国汉语教师的概况有了初步了解之后,以华裔汉语教师为切入点,通过泰国汉语教师的华裔、非华裔组成研究泰国汉语教师现状。通过分析、总结问卷调查得到的数据发现,目前泰国的汉语教师仍以华裔教师为主,而且在教育管理层面占主导力量。但是,华裔汉语教师队伍存在很多问题,比如华裔总体人数较少,所占比例较低,教师队伍后备资源不足;现有华裔教师年龄、学历等结构不合理;职业认同度较低;新一代华裔教师无明显教学优势。这些问题都严重地制约着汉语教师队伍的壮大。与此同时,非华裔教师在人力资源和年龄、学历等结构上,均有明显优势,而且职业认同很高,近五年新进教师增长速度远远高于华裔教师,而且语言能力、教学能力与华裔教师无明显差异,这些优势使得非华裔教师成为泰国汉语教育的一股新兴力量。 鉴于泰国汉语教学和汉语教师的这种现状,笔者认为,加强泰国汉语教师培养势在必行,建议国家汉办从两方面入手。第一,重点扶持非华裔教师。包括:政府奖学金项目加大非华裔录取比例;加大对泰国师范院校汉语教学的扶持力度;孔子学院和孔子课堂加大聘用和培养非华裔教师的比例。第二,继续发挥泰国华人的力量。包括:汉办给予其荣誉认可,增强其发展汉语教育的荣誉感;以加强华裔教师的教学管理培训为主,兼顾其他如课程设置,教材编写,教师培养等培训。通过这些措施,积极扩大非华裔汉语教师的比例,提高非华裔教师的语言能力和教学能力,提高华裔教师的教育管理能力以及汉语教育的综合能力,以此保证培养更多更优秀的汉语人才,为促进泰国经济发展和加深中泰两国友谊贡献更大的力量。
[Abstract]:The development of Chinese language education in Thailand is related to the friendly exchanges between China and Thailand and the future economic development. Therefore, the smooth development of Chinese language education plays an important role. However, at the same time, the shortage of Chinese teachers has become the bottleneck of the development of Chinese language education. Only by solving the problem of teachers, can Thailand's Chinese language education break through the development problem. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to put forward some suggestions on the training of Thai Chinese teachers through the study of Chinese teachers in Thailand, so as to contribute their own contribution to the Chinese language education in Thailand. Through comparison, this paper analyzes the introduction and research of Thai Chinese teachers by predecessors, after having a preliminary understanding of the general situation of Thai Chinese teachers, taking Chinese Chinese teachers as the starting point, through the Chinese language teachers in Thailand, A study of the current situation of Chinese language teachers in Thailand. Through the analysis, the data obtained from the questionnaire survey show that Chinese teachers are still mainly Chinese teachers in Thailand, and they play a leading role in education management. However, there are many problems in the Chinese language teaching team, such as the small number of Chinese teachers, the low proportion of Chinese teachers, the insufficient reserve resources of the Chinese teachers, the unreasonable age and educational background of Chinese Chinese teachers, and the low degree of professional identity. The new generation of Chinese teachers has no obvious teaching advantages. These problems are seriously restricting the growth of Chinese teachers. At the same time, non-Chinese teachers have obvious advantages in human resources, age, educational background and other structures, and have a high professional identity. In the last five years, the growth rate of new teachers is much higher than that of Chinese teachers, and their language ability is much higher. There is no significant difference between teaching ability and Chinese teachers. These advantages make non-Chinese teachers a new force in Chinese education in Thailand. In view of the present situation of Chinese language teaching and Chinese teachers in Thailand, the author thinks that it is imperative to strengthen the training of Chinese teachers in Thailand. First, focus on supporting non-Chinese teachers. Including: government scholarship program to increase the proportion of non-Chinese students; to increase support for Chinese teaching in normal universities in Thailand; Confucius Institute and Confucius classroom to increase the proportion of hiring and training of non-Chinese teachers. Second, continue to bring the strength of Thai Chinese into full play. Including: the Chinese office gives it honorary recognition to enhance its sense of honor in the development of Chinese language education; to strengthen the teaching management training of Chinese teachers, taking into account other training such as curriculum design, textbook compilation, teacher training and so on. Through these measures, we can actively expand the proportion of non-Chinese Chinese teachers, improve their language ability and teaching ability, improve their educational management ability and comprehensive ability of Chinese language education. In order to ensure the cultivation of more and more excellent Chinese talents, to promote the economic development of Thailand and deepen the friendship between China and Thailand contribute to greater strength.
