在琼高校俄罗斯留学生跨文化适应状况研究

【摘要】：随着来琼留学教育的进一步发展，俄罗斯留学生在海南已是一个日益壮大的留学群体，，他们在琼学习和生活适应状况受到日益广泛关注。随着国际旅游岛建设上升为国家战略，为海南迎来了前所未有的历史发展机遇期，教育对外开放进一步扩大，交流和合作增多，汉语国际推广工作和招收留学生日趋活跃，同时基于国际旅游岛建设的自身需求，发展优质的留学生教育，也是海南“请进来”战略部署的策略之一，是海南教育国际化的最直接的体现。在新形势下为做好俄罗斯留学生的教育和管理工作，有必要对在琼俄罗斯留学生的跨文化适应问题进行研究，帮助他们了解自己的行为方式和情感倾向，调整在不同文化环境下的学习和生活。本文尝试以在琼高校的俄罗斯留学生作为研究对象进行跨文化适应状况研究，从语言适应、学习与心理适应、环境适应、人际交往适应等方面研究他们在新文化环境中的适应状况，从而提高对俄罗斯留学生的全面认识，促进对俄罗斯留学生的国际汉语课堂教学和管理，为教学和管理部门对俄罗斯留学生的教育和管理提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the further development of studying abroad education in Hainan, Russian students have become a growing group of overseas students in Hainan, and their study and life adaptation in Qiong have been paid more and more attention. As the construction of international tourist islands has become a national strategy, Hainan has ushered in an unprecedented period of historical development opportunities. The opening up of education to the outside world, the increase of exchanges and cooperation, the increasing international promotion of Chinese and the recruitment of foreign students have become increasingly active. At the same time, based on the demand of the construction of the international tourism island, the development of high-quality foreign students' education is one of the strategies of Hainan's "invite in" strategy and the most direct embodiment of the internationalization of Hainan's education. In order to do a good job in the education and management of Russian students in the new situation, it is necessary to study the problem of cross-cultural adaptation of Russian students studying in Qiong in order to help them understand their own behavior patterns and emotional tendencies. Adjust the study and life in different cultural environment. This paper attempts to study the cross-cultural adaptation of Russian students in Qiong University from the perspective of language adaptation, learning and psychological adaptation, and environmental adaptation. In order to improve the overall understanding of Russian students and promote the international Chinese classroom teaching and management of Russian students, the adaptation of interpersonal communication is studied in the new cultural environment. For the teaching and management of Russian students to provide reference for education and management.
