零起点商务汉语教学特殊性与教材个案研究

【摘要】:商务汉语教学作为对外汉语教学的一门分支学科,随着经济、社会的快速发展已然成为需求度最高、发展速度最快的专业类汉语教学,其研究和探索的空间还非常之大。学术界内对商务汉语是否应该开设零起点教学一直存在着分歧。多数的学者认为:商务汉语教学的专业性很强,因此必须在进行初级通用汉语教学之后,学习者对汉语基本的语音、词汇、语法有了较为扎实的掌握,才可进行商务汉语教学。然而,现实的状况是:国内外的众多商务汉语学习者往往具备很少甚至没有汉语基础,且培训时间较短,不能通过常规的对外汉语教学来完成基础通用汉语的学习,但又迫切需要在工作中运用商务汉语进行有效的交际。 本文基于对外汉语教学理论与第二语言习得理论等基础理论,重点运用社会语言学、经济语言学、汉语术语学和ESP专门用途英语教学理论等相关学科理论,对零起点商务汉语教学的必要性和特殊性进行了较为全面的剖析和研究,同时运用教材评估理论对零起点商务汉语教材的典型个案进行了细致的介绍与分析。 通过对文献进行研究,采用对比分析的方法,总结归纳零起点商务汉语教学多层面的特殊性,其中包括教学目的、教学内容、教学对象、教学设计和教师素质能力等多个方面。并将零起点商务汉语教学的现状、需求和问题加以探讨,进而通过对零起点商务汉语教材——《经理人汉语》(生活篇)上下两册的个案研究,从实例的角度,对已经和可能出现的问题进行回应。对该教材的分析,我们从以下两个层面展开:一、教材所涵盖的话题内容;二、教材的编写体例和安排。其中涉及教材课文内容的选择和编写、情景设置、词汇选择和编排、语法介入角度、多方面能力培养、模拟练习以及特色教学“学做中国通”等多方面内容,对教材的内容、特点、功能和意义做了全方面的介绍和分析。 通过对零起点教学特殊性和个案教材《经理人汉语》(生活篇)的细化研究,结合教学实际,我们归纳出零起点商务汉语教材在内容、练习和系统性三方面的问题,进而提出建议:一、加强针对性;二、凸显特殊性;三、提高趣味性;四、增强实用性。 本文对零起点商务汉语的教学以及教材的研究,不仅在理论层面和教学层面具有重要意义,而且正切合着当下教学中对该领域的迫切而广泛需求,对将理论研究与实际教学相对接起到了非常积极的促进作用,体现了来自于教学、服务于教学,进而对今后零起点商务汉语的课堂教学和教材编写提供了一些参考。
[Abstract]:Business Chinese teaching as a branch of teaching Chinese as a foreign language subject, with the rapid development of economy and society has become the highest demand, the fastest development of professional Chinese teaching, its research and exploration space is also very large. There has been disagreement in academic circles about whether business Chinese should be taught from zero-start. Most scholars think that business Chinese teaching is very professional, so it is necessary for the learners to master the basic pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar of Chinese after the primary general Chinese teaching. However, the reality is that many commercial Chinese learners at home and abroad often have little or no basic Chinese language, and the training time is short, so they can not complete the basic general Chinese learning through the routine teaching of Chinese as a foreign language. However, there is an urgent need to use business Chinese for effective communication at work. Based on the theories of teaching Chinese as a foreign language and the theory of second language acquisition, this paper focuses on the theories of sociolinguistics, economic linguistics, Chinese terminology and ESP ESP. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis and research on the necessity and particularity of business Chinese teaching with zero starting point, and introduces and analyzes the typical cases of business Chinese teaching materials with zero starting point by using the theory of textbook evaluation. By studying the literature and adopting the method of contrastive analysis, this paper summarizes and sums up the multi-level particularity of business Chinese teaching from zero starting point, including teaching purpose, teaching content, teaching object, teaching design and teachers' quality ability and so on. This paper discusses the present situation, needs and problems of business Chinese teaching with zero starting point, and then through the case study of the two volumes of Business Chinese Teaching material "Manager Chinese" (life chapter), from the point of view of an example. Respond to existing and possible problems. The analysis of the textbook is carried out from the following two aspects: first, the topics covered by the textbook; secondly, the compilation style and arrangement of the textbook. It involves the selection and compilation of the text content of the textbook, the setting of the situation, the choice and arrangement of the vocabulary, the grammatical intervention angle, the cultivation of various abilities, the simulated exercises and the characteristic teaching of "learn to do China", and so on. Features, functions and significance of the introduction and analysis of all aspects. Through the study of the particularity of zero-starting point teaching and the detailed study of the case textbook "Manager Chinese" (life section), and combining with the teaching practice, we conclude the problems in the content, practice and systematization of the zero-starting point business Chinese teaching material. Then put forward suggestions: first, strengthen pertinence; second, highlight particularity; third, improve interest; fourth, enhance practicability. In this paper, the teaching of business Chinese from zero starting point and the study of teaching materials are of great significance not only in theory and teaching, but also in accordance with the urgent and extensive needs of this field in current teaching. It has played a very positive role in connecting the theoretical research with the practical teaching. It has reflected that it comes from teaching, serves for teaching, and then provides some references for the teaching of business Chinese from zero starting point in the future and the compilation of teaching materials.
