酒文化视野中的汉语熟语研究

【摘要】：酒文化作为一种特殊的文化形式，是中国传统文化的重要组成部分，，它既是物质的，又是精神的。酒文化贯穿了中国文明从古至今的发展，折射出不同时代人的价值观、心理特征等。本文运用应用语言学的研究办法，分别从酒类熟语的来源、分类以及文化研究三方面入手，将按照成语、惯用语、歇后语、谚语和格言等几个熟语的基本分类，将酒类熟语分别归类，系统总结“酒”类熟语来源、类型以及与文化关系，研究酒类熟语如何能使这种特定的文化得到充分体现，找出酒文化赋予酒类熟语的独特内涵和特征。再从酒类熟语构词特点入手，结合中国酒文化来研究它是如何影响酒类熟语发展的，从而研究语言和文化之间相互渗透又相互推动的特征。
[Abstract]:As a special cultural form , wine culture is an important part of Chinese traditional culture . It is both material and spiritual . The wine culture runs through the development of Chinese civilization from ancient times to date , which reflects the values and psychological characteristics of people in different times .

Based on the basic classification of the source , classification and cultural studies of the wine - based idioms , the author classifies the wine - based idioms separately from the source , classification and cultural studies of the idioms , and summarizes the sources , types and cultural relations of the wine - based idioms , and studies how the wine - based idioms can fully reflect the specific culture , and find out the unique connotation and characteristics of the wine culture to the liquor .

This paper starts with the characteristics of alcohol - based idioms , and studies how it affects the development of liquor - based idioms in combination with Chinese liquor culture , so as to study the characteristics of mutual penetration and mutual promotion between language and culture .
