泰国汉语快速传播对其它国家顶层设计的启示

【摘要】：本文分析了泰国政府及职能部门自上而下的顶层设计对汉语在泰国的快速健康传播所起的作用,并对语言传播的顶层设计进行了界定。以越南、缅甸为例,说明顶层设计的缺失会影响汉语传播的效率和效果。泰国的实践经验对其它国家的汉语传播有重要的启示意义:顶层设计为汉语传播制定出整体性战略规划,具有自上而下的统领作用,但它要有可操控性,保证执行力度,才能达到预期的整体效应,推动汉语的高效传播。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the effect of top-down top-level design of Thai government and functional departments on the rapid and healthy spread of Chinese in Thailand, and defines the top-level design of language communication. Taking Vietnam and Myanmar as examples, it is shown that the lack of top-level design will affect the efficiency and effectiveness of Chinese communication. The practical experience of Thailand has important implications for Chinese communication in other countries: the top-level design has a holistic strategic plan for Chinese communication, with a top-down command function, but it must be controllable to ensure the strength of implementation. In order to achieve the expected overall effect, promote the efficient spread of Chinese.
