从化街口餐饮店名语言特点研究

【摘要】:语言属于社会现象,餐饮店名作为一种运用语言,是视觉文字,不仅具有标识作用,而且还是饮食文化的载体之一。它既揭示了店主丰富的命名心理,融合了店主的文化修养和品位,也反映了当地社会和当今时代的饮食文化特征。对于一个餐馆来说,餐饮店名就好比它的“眼睛”,餐饮店的内涵可以通过这个“窗口”来窥探。一个具体的餐馆店名是一张社会名片,而众多的餐馆店名合加在一起,就组成了当代当地餐饮行业的“名片”,它们以最直接的方式招徕顾客,也以最直接的方式反映当代当地饮食文化特色。可以说,餐馆店名是汉语文化语境中的一种极为鲜活的语言现象和文化现象,对其研究具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。文章以街口餐饮饭馆的名称作为研究对象,将先后收集到741个店名作为分析对象,从语言学的角度对它们进行分析,具体分析了餐馆店名的命名特点以及从中折射出的饮食文化特色,结合餐饮店名存在的问题以及其带来负面影响,提出了餐饮店名命名用字要规范化,要依据《中华人民共和国国家通用语言文字法》等文件来命名,从而推广规范汉字,营造健康的文字语言环境。 论文分为五个部分: 第一章绪论部分。简要介绍了选题的缘由、研究的目的与意义、学术界对这一领域的研究现状、本文的研究思路与研究内容以及语料收集和研究方法。 第二章街口餐饮店名语言特点分析。本章主要从街口餐饮店名称的音节声调等语音特点、店名结构与选词用字等词汇特点、店名语法结构与词义等语义特点、以及店名语言修辞特点等四个方面详细介绍了街口餐饮店名的语言特点。 第三章街口餐饮店名与社会文化的关系。餐饮店名语言是文化的重要载体,属于社会语言的一种,为整个社会服务。通过餐饮店名这个窗口,可以窥探店主命名心理,,折射当地时代的文化内涵、生活风貌和精神状态。 第四章街口餐饮店名存在的问题及其对策。街口餐饮店名语言在用字、语音、选词、语义等方面的运用上存在一定程度的不规范,作为城市社会文明建设的一部分,不规范的餐饮店名在一定意义上给社会带来负面影响。所以要规范餐饮店名就必须大力宣传《国家通用语言文字》,对餐店名称用字进行监督。 第五章结语,主要对论文内容进行总结。
[Abstract]:Language is a social phenomenon. As a kind of language, restaurant name is not only a visual character, but also a carrier of food culture. It not only reveals the rich naming psychology of the shopkeeper, but also reflects the cultural characteristics of the local society and the present age. For a restaurant, the name of the restaurant is like its "eye", the restaurant's connotation can be peeped through the "window." A specific restaurant name is a social business card, and a large number of restaurant names together form the "business cards" of the contemporary local catering industry, which attract customers in the most direct way. Also in the most direct way reflects the contemporary local food culture characteristics. It can be said that restaurant name is a very fresh linguistic and cultural phenomenon in the context of Chinese culture, which has important theoretical and practical significance. The article takes the name of the restaurant in the street mouth as the research object, and then collects 741 store names as the object of analysis successively, and analyzes them from the perspective of linguistics. This paper analyzes on the naming characteristics of restaurant names and the characteristics of food culture reflected from them, combines the problems existing in the name of restaurants and its negative effects, and puts forward that the naming characters of restaurant names should be standardized. In order to promote the standardization of Chinese characters and create a healthy written language environment, the Chinese characters should be named according to the National Law of the people's Republic of China. The thesis is divided into five parts: the first chapter is the introduction. This paper briefly introduces the reason of choosing this topic, the purpose and significance of the research, the current situation of academic research in this field, the research ideas and contents of this paper, as well as the collection and research methods of corpus. The second chapter is the analysis of the language characteristics of the restaurant name at the street entrance. This chapter mainly from the street mouth restaurant name phonetic features such as syllable tone, shop name structure and choice of words used words and other lexical features, shop name grammar structure and semantic features such as word meaning, etc. As well as the shop name language rhetoric characteristics and so on four aspects has introduced the street mouth restaurant name language characteristic in detail. The third chapter is about the relationship between the name of the restaurant and the social culture. Restaurant name language is an important carrier of culture, a kind of social language, serving the whole society. Through the window of restaurant name, we can find out the name psychology of shopkeeper and reflect the cultural connotation, life style and mental state of local times. The fourth chapter is about the problems and countermeasures of the restaurant name. As a part of the construction of urban social civilization, the non-standard restaurant name has a certain degree of nonstandard in the use of characters, pronunciation, choice of words, semantics and so on. In a certain sense, the non-standard name of the restaurant has a negative impact on the society. Therefore, in order to standardize the name of the restaurant, it is necessary to propagandize the National General language and supervise the use of characters in the name of the restaurant. The fifth chapter concludes the content of the thesis.
