大众媒体语篇中语码转换的语用分析

【摘要】:语言是人类文明和发展的产物,是社会文化的一面镜子,它直接反映着人类活动与社会的发展状况。而活跃在大众媒体当中的语言又是最能体现语言动态的一面镜子,可以折射出社会经济、文化、教育等诸多方面的发展与变化。近年来,随着我国经济的迅速发展和日益增加的中西文化接触,语码转换现象应运而生.语码转换是指人们在同一次对话或交谈过程中,由一种语言或变体转换为另一种语言或变体的现象。自从改革开放以来,中国加入世界贸易组织以后,我国与世界各国的交流越来越紧密。英语,作为国际通用语,发挥着沟通桥梁的作用。中英语码转换不但经常出现在人们的日常交际中,而且在报纸杂志和电视节目等媒体语篇中也被广泛使用。 自从二十世纪七十年代以来,许多语言学家对语码转换现象从不同角度,包括从社会语言学方向、语法学.方向、心理语言学方向、会话分析方向以及语用学方向进行研究并且取得了丰硕的成果。但这一有重要价值的语言学现象应该进行进一步的分析和研究。 本文采用定量分析和定性分析相结合的方法对语码转换现象进行了研究,通过运用Verschueren的顺应性理论、于国栋的语用学顺应性理论和Myers-Scotton的主体语框架模式,对三大不同类型的媒体语篇(新闻标题、公益广告、时尚语篇)中的语码转换现象进行分析。本文选此角度来研究语码转换,旨在对大众媒体语篇中出现的英汉语码转换现象,,从类型、功能、动因等方面进行较为细致的分析,从较全面的角度加深对该理论的理解,拓宽语码转换在现实生活中的应用,有助于帮助人们进一步深刻理解媒体语言中出现的语码转换现象。具体来说,就是要达到以下两个方面具有理论和实践意义的目的:第一,本文可以有助于加深大众对媒体语篇中出现的语码转换语言现象在媒体节目中的应用以及对当前语言现实的认识;第二,本研究可以有助于媒体编辑了解语码转换的本质,从而更加自觉、更加有效地应用这一语言交际策略。
[Abstract]:Language is the product of human civilization and development, is a mirror of social culture, it directly reflects the human activities and social development. The language which is active in the mass media is the mirror which can best reflect the language dynamics, which can reflect the development and change of social economy, culture, education and so on. In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinese economy and the increasing contact between Chinese and Western cultures, the phenomenon of code-switching emerges as the times require. The conversion from one language or variant to another. Since the reform and opening up, China has joined the World Trade Organization (WTO), and the exchanges between China and other countries have become closer and closer. English, as an international language, plays a role as a bridge of communication. C-E code conversion is not only often used in people's daily communication, but also widely used in newspapers, magazines and TV programs. Since the 1970s, many linguists have studied the phenomenon of code-switching from different angles, including sociolinguistics and grammar. Research on orientation, psycholinguistics, conversational analysis and pragmatics has achieved fruitful results. But this important linguistic phenomenon should be further analyzed and studied. This paper studies the code-switching phenomenon by means of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. By using Verschueren's adaptation theory, Yu Guodong's pragmatic adaptation theory and Myers-Scotton 's main body frame model, this paper studies the phenomenon of code-switching by means of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. This paper analyzes the code-switching phenomena in three different types of media discourses (news headlines, public service advertisements, fashion discourses). This paper chooses this angle to study code-switching in order to analyze the phenomenon of English-Chinese code-switching in mass media discourse from the aspects of type, function, motivation and so on, so as to deepen the understanding of the theory from a more comprehensive perspective. Broadening the application of code-switching in real life will help people to understand the code-switching phenomenon in media language. Specifically, it is to achieve the following two aspects of theoretical and practical significance: first, This paper can help to deepen the public's understanding of the application of code-switching language phenomenon in media discourse and the reality of the current language. Secondly, this study can help media editors to understand the nature of code-switching, so as to apply the language communication strategy more consciously and effectively.
