迭部县双语教育区域化分类发展研究

【摘要】:双语教育一直以来都是国内外研究的热点,在我国双语教育仍然主要表现在少数民族双语教育方面,很多少数民族地区由“双语”引发的问题也很多。在全球一体化发展的趋势下,少数民族学生在学习本民族语言的基础上,学好汉语和一门外国语已成为全国少数民族地区民族教育发展的总趋势。民族教育尤其是双语教育的发展,既有一般教育的共性,也有不同民族、不同地区文化自身的众多特性,很多少数民族地区已经形成了较稳定的民汉双语教育的格局和特点,对促进少数民族与汉民族的文化发展与融合,以及促进少数民族经济、文化的发展都有着重要的意义。 迭部县为甘南藏族自治州的一个重要组成部分,虽然山大沟深,地处偏远,但是其独特的地理环境,鲜明的地域分类是一个十分有代表性的研究基点。其次藏语教育在这里不仅具有悠久的历史和丰富的内涵,而且在新的历史条件下,双语教育也正在逐步步入正确而迅速发展的轨道。迭部县按不同地域可以分为上迭、中迭、下迭;按经济方式分类可以分为牧区、半农(林)半牧区、农(林)区三个区域。在不同区域下可以将迭部县的双语教育教学模式分为以藏为主,单科加授汉语文(一类模式),以汉为主,单科加授藏语文(二类模式)和普通类三种类型。在实行不同地域选择不同分类类型的双语教育教学,将民族语言教学和汉语教学有机结合,构成了这一地区民族教育的最鲜明的特色。本论文试图通过民族学的视角,运用田野调查法,个人访谈法,问卷调查等方法,对迭部县的双语教育现状做一个整体性的分类描述和分析,通过了解迭部县双语教育的现状,进一步探究在迭部县境内双语教育在不同区域内呈现出的矛盾与困难,形成多方案发展的双语教育科学思路和因地制宜的发展“双语”的措施和建议,力图为迭部县“藏汉双语”教育发展制定科学而有效的政策提供正确的理论依据和咨询服务,为迭部县以及甘南州经济社会的发展培养大量的复合型人才,缩小迭部地区与其他发达民族地区的经济文化、教育教学的差距。同时,比较完整地保留了民族文化和地域文化的多样性,为继承和发展藏民族优秀的传统文化做出积极的贡献。
[Abstract]:Bilingual education has always been a hot topic at home and abroad. In China, bilingual education is still mainly manifested in the bilingual education of ethnic minorities, and many problems caused by "bilingualism" in many minority areas. With the development of global integration, learning Chinese and a foreign language well on the basis of learning their own national language has become the general trend of the development of ethnic education in the minority areas of China. The development of ethnic education, especially bilingual education, has not only the commonness of general education, but also the numerous characteristics of different nationalities and cultures in different regions. Many minority areas have formed a stable pattern and characteristics of bilingual education between the people and the Chinese. It is of great significance to promote the cultural development and integration of ethnic minorities and Han nationality, as well as to promote the economic and cultural development of ethnic minorities. Dibu County is an important part of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. Although the mountain and big gully is deep and remote, its unique geographical environment and distinct regional classification is a very representative research base. Secondly, Tibetan language education here not only has a long history and rich connotation, but also in the new historical conditions, bilingual education is gradually stepping into the correct and rapid development track. Dibu County can be divided into three regions according to different regions: superposition, middle and lower; according to economic classification, it can be divided into three regions: pastoral area, semi-agricultural (forest) and semi-pastoral area, and agricultural (forest) area. Under different regions, the bilingual education teaching mode in Dibu County can be divided into three types: Tibetan teaching mode, single subject plus teaching Chinese language (type I model), Han language as the main, single subject plus teaching Tibetan language (type II model) and common type. In the practice of bilingual education in different regions, the combination of ethnic language teaching and Chinese teaching constitutes the most distinctive feature of ethnic education in this area. This paper attempts to make a holistic description and analysis of the present situation of bilingual education in Dibu County by means of field investigation, personal interview and questionnaire survey from the perspective of ethnology, and through the understanding of the present situation of bilingual education in Dibu County, this paper tries to make a comprehensive description and analysis of the present situation of bilingual education in Dibu County. Further exploring the contradictions and difficulties in different regions of bilingual education in Dibu County, forming scientific ideas for the development of bilingual education in various projects and measures and suggestions for the development of "bilingualism" in accordance with local conditions, This paper tries to provide scientific and effective policy for the development of "Tibetan and Chinese bilingual" education in Dibu County, and to train a large number of complex talents for the economic and social development of Dibu County and Gannan Prefecture. Narrow the gap between economy and culture, education and teaching in Dibu and other developed ethnic regions. At the same time, the diversity of national culture and regional culture has been completely preserved, which has made a positive contribution to inheriting and developing the excellent traditional culture of Tibetan nationality.
