跨文化交际下的口译教学研究

【摘要】:随着中国改革开放的深入及全球化的发展,口译作为一种重要的跨文化交际手段,越来越多地被应用到国际事务中,口译在中国已成为越来越重要的一种职业。但是口译不仅是两种语言的转换工具,更是一种跨文化的交流,在交流过程中,译员会不可避免地面对文化差异和障碍。所以提高口译学生的文化意识势在必行。 然而,在当前的口译教学中,对于跨文化交流的研究非常有限且不深入,过分重视的是口译技能的训练,因此即便拥有很好的语言能力和口译技巧,学生在口译中却不能适应,也不能很好地传达文化信息。因此,教师应该培养学生的跨文化交际能力,并把它作为口译培训的目标之一显得尤为紧迫。 本文旨在探索在口译教学中培养学生跨文化交际能力的必要性,研究如何提高学生在口译课程中的文化意识,并找到适当方法,使得跨文化意识的培养与口译教学有机结合起来。作者选取英语专业大三学生作为研究对象,通过文献研读、面试、测试及相关分析,本文作者得出以下主要结论:(1)当前中国口译教学研究不足,尤其是口译与文化之间的关系方面的研究尚不充分;(2)文化间交际能力是培养合格口译者的必要因素;(3)目前文化间交际能力培训不足,导致口译教学中克服文化障碍成为难点;因此有必要在口译教学中强化源语和目的语文化知识的传授;(4)同时具备良好的语言与文化交际能力才能确保口译的流畅与准确;(5)非语言信息的捕捉能力同样重要。培养译者现场观察非语言行为有助于正确判断交际参与人的真正意图。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the development of globalization, interpreting, as an important means of intercultural communication, has been increasingly applied to international affairs, and interpretation has become an increasingly important profession in China. However, interpreting is not only a tool for the conversion of two languages, but also a cross-cultural communication. In the process of communication, interpreters will inevitably face cultural differences and obstacles. Therefore, it is imperative to improve the cultural awareness of interpreting students. However, in the current interpreting teaching, the research on intercultural communication is very limited and not in-depth, too much attention is paid to the training of interpretation skills, so even if they have good language skills and interpretation skills, students can not adapt in interpreting. Also can't convey the cultural message very well. Therefore, it is urgent for teachers to cultivate students' intercultural communicative competence as one of the aims of interpreting training. The purpose of this paper is to explore the necessity of cultivating students' intercultural communicative competence in interpreting teaching, to study how to improve students' cultural awareness in interpreting courses and to find appropriate methods. It makes the cross-cultural consciousness cultivation and interpretation teaching combine organically. The author chooses junior English majors as the research object. Through literature study, interview, test and related analysis, the author draws the following main conclusions: (1) the current research on interpretation teaching in China is insufficient; In particular, the study on the relationship between interpretation and culture is not sufficient. (2) Intercultural communicative competence is an essential factor to develop qualified interpreters, (3) the current lack of training in intercultural communication competence leads to the difficulty of overcoming cultural barriers in interpreting teaching; Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the teaching of cultural knowledge of source language and target language in interpreting teaching; (4) to have good communicative competence in both language and culture in order to ensure the fluency and accuracy of interpreting; (5) the ability to capture non-verbal information is equally important. Training the translator to observe nonverbal behavior on the spot is helpful to judge the real intention of communicative participants.
