【摘要】:近年来,铝合金材料在土木工程中的运用得到了迅速的发展。铝合金作为一种新型的材料运用在建筑结构中,它具备质量轻、耐侵蚀、便于维护、施工便捷等优点,能够满足越来越多的大跨和轻质的建筑物的要求以及抵抗环境对建筑的不利影响,并极大的推动了结构工程与建筑艺术的融合。基于铝合金材料的独特优势,铝合金在桥梁中的应用在国外的发展己经较为成熟,我国也已开始关注铝合金桥的应用。本文综述了铝合金桥梁的发展,简要介绍了铝合金桥梁的国内外研究现状。然后以某跨街人行天桥为对象,运用Midas Civil软件对其进行截面选型与设计。在截面设计满足规范要求的前提下,对铝合金天桥的主要受力构件进行弹性稳定性验算,然后采用ANSYS 14.0软件在考虑弹塑性大变形的条件下对天桥进行了更为精确的极限承载力分析。铝合金节点的连接也是一个不可忽视的问题,本文选用了焊接的连接方式,并对选取的节点进行了焊缝的强度验算,计算显示该焊缝满足规范的设计要求。考虑到铝合金天桥在实际工程中的应用问题,论文最后通过对比铝合金天桥和钢天桥的经济性指标,得出铝合金天桥的经济性相对钢天桥具有一定的优势,并对如何提高铝合金天桥的经济性提出了一些建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the use of Aluminum Alloy materials in civil engineering has been developed rapidly. Aluminum Alloy as a kind of new material used in building structures, it has light weight, corrosion resistance, easy maintenance, has the advantages of convenient construction, can meet more and more adverse effects of large span and light weight building requirements and the resistance of building environment, and greatly promoted the integration of structural engineering and architectural art. The unique advantages of Aluminum Alloy materials based on the development and application of Aluminum Alloy in bridges in foreign countries has been more mature, our country has started to pay attention to the application Aluminum Alloy bridge. This paper reviews the development of Aluminum Alloy bridge and briefly introduces the research status Aluminum Alloy bridge at home and abroad. Then taking a Cross Street Pedestrian Bridge as the object, using the Midas Civil software for the selection and design of the cross section. In section design can meet the requirements of standard before Provided, mainly on the Aluminum Alloy bridge stress component elastic stability checking, and then use ANSYS 14 software to consider the conditions of large elastoplastic deformation of the bridge is more precise. The ultimate strength analysis of connection is also an important problem Aluminum Alloy node, we choose connection the way of welding, and the selected nodes are checking the strength of weld, the weld calculation shows that meet the requirements of design specifications. Considering the application of Aluminum Alloy bridge in practical project, finally through economic index comparison Aluminum Alloy bridge and steel bridge, the economy is relatively Aluminum Alloy bridge steel bridge have certain advantages, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the economic efficiency of Aluminum Alloy flyover.
