【摘要】：随着中国经济的迅速发展,我国部分地区已经进入了后工业社会,带来大量工业废弃地。而作为工业废弃地中的一种,铁路废弃地是伴随着铁路提速、新的铁路和火车的应用、工业用地遗留等原因,致使被废弃、闲置。铁路用地被废弃后,带来了一系列环境和社会问题。目前对于铁路废弃地的改造有很多个方面,全部拆除用作其他用地、改造铁路结构作为城市轻轨、对用地进行景观改造作为公园或绿地等。本文仅对铁路废弃地的景观更新改造方向进行研究。在经过对相关案例资料大量查阅、实地调研后,基于国内铁路废弃地的现状和问题,依托相关的理论基础和实践项目经验,借鉴国内外相关优秀案例,进行了铁路废弃地景观更新设计的对策研究。首先第一、二章中,对铁路废弃地的背景进行了分析,解释了相关概念,提出相关的理论支撑,并对国内外的相关研究情况进行了介绍第三、四章是基于作者对铁路废弃地进行了实地调查后,对其进行分类,分析归纳了铁路废弃地中的景观特征,并总结了国内铁路废弃地本身面临的处境,以及国内铁路废弃地景观更新设计所出现的主要问题。第五章对铁路废弃地景观更新改造提出了一系列相关的针对各个景观因素的对策和改造方向,从生态、文化和美学三个不同的角度,使铁路废弃地重新焕发活力,为社会和自然创造利益。第六章对案例分析解读,结合第五章提出来的设计对策,进一步拓宽铁路废弃地景观的改造思路。反思比较了国内外在相关方面的不同之处。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese economy, some areas of our country have entered the post-industrial society, which has brought a large number of industrial wasteland. As one of the industrial wasteland, railway abandoned land is accompanied by railway speed increase. The use of new railways and trains, the legacy of industrial land, and other causes have led to abandonment and idleness. Railway land has been abandoned. It has brought a series of environmental and social problems. At present, there are many aspects of the transformation of the railway abandoned land, all of which are removed for other land, and the railway structure is transformed as the urban light rail. Landscape transformation of the land as a park or green space. This paper only on the railway wasteland landscape renovation direction. After a large number of reference to relevant cases, field research. Based on the current situation and problems of the domestic railway abandoned land, relying on the relevant theoretical basis and practical project experience, drawing on the domestic and foreign relevant outstanding cases, this paper carries on the countermeasure research of the railway abandoned land landscape renewal design. First. In the second chapter, the background of railway abandoned land is analyzed, the related concepts are explained, the relevant theoretical support is put forward, and the related research situation at home and abroad is introduced. Four chapters are based on the author of the railway abandoned land field survey, classification, analysis and induction of railway abandoned land landscape characteristics, and summed up the domestic railway abandoned land itself faced with the situation. Chapter 5th puts forward a series of relevant countermeasures and retrofit direction for each landscape factor of railway abandoned land landscape renewal and transformation from the ecological perspective. From three different angles of culture and aesthetics, the railway abandoned land is revitalized to create benefits for society and nature. Chapter 6th explains the case analysis and combines the design countermeasures proposed in chapter 5th. Further widening the train of thought of reconstruction of railway abandoned land landscape, introspecting and comparing the domestic and foreign differences in the related aspects.
