【摘要】:在日益全球化的今天,我国对人才的需求与日俱增,同时也提出了更高的要求。艺术生,作为才艺众多的一个群体,更加需要跟上时代的步伐,加强自身英语能力的培养。然而对于他们的英语教学较为滞后,课堂也总是缺乏足够的语境和交际环境,经过两年的大学英语学习,艺术生的英语水平没有得到较大提高。开设大学英语后续课程成为英语教育的必然趋势。但是我国目前关于大学英语后续课程设置的研究还处于起步阶段,关于艺术生的相关研究更是鲜见。因此,探讨我国艺术生大学英语后续课程设置是十分必要的。论文在需求分析理论的指导下,采用文献研究法、调查研究法和案例研究法,首先从我国艺术生大学英语课程入手,分析其存在的背景、现状、问题及成因;然后分析我国艺术生大学英语后续课程设置的现状、必要性以及相关因素对它的影响;最后,论文选取四川外国语大学、武汉大学、武汉音乐学院为例进行个案研究,通过个人访谈和发放调查问卷的方式,收集相关数据,在对社会、学校和学生需求进行分析的基础上,提出对我国艺术生大学英语后续课程设置的建议和策略:1)合理设置英语课程与专业课程;2)重视英语语言知识与专业知识的融合;3)关注学生需求以及职业需求;4)重视各门英语课程知识间的衔接与过渡;5)提升教师素养,更新教材教法。本研究希望引起广大学者对于艺术生英语教学的重视,解决我国艺术生英语课程四年不间断的问题,从而激发学生学习英语的兴趣,提高艺术生大学英语的教学效率,提升学生的英语语言能力。
[Abstract]:In the increasingly globalization of today, our demand for talent is increasing, but also put forward higher requirements. Art students, as a group of talented people, more need to keep up with the pace of the times. However, their English teaching is lagging behind, and there is always a lack of adequate context and communicative environment in the classroom, and after two years of college English learning. The English level of art students has not been greatly improved. It has become an inevitable trend of English education to set up follow-up courses for college English. However, the research on the establishment of follow-up courses for college English in China is still in its infancy. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the follow-up curriculum of college English for art students in China. Under the guidance of the theory of needs analysis, the paper adopts the literature research method. First of all, the author analyzes the background, current situation, problems and causes of college English courses for art students in China. Then it analyzes the present situation, necessity and the influence of relevant factors on the following courses of college English for art students in China. Finally, the paper selected Sichuan Foreign Studies University, Wuhan University, Wuhan Conservatory of Music as an example for a case study, through personal interviews and questionnaires to collect relevant data in the society. On the basis of the analysis of the needs of the school and the students, this paper puts forward some suggestions and strategies for setting up the follow-up courses of college English for Chinese art students: 1) setting up the English courses and specialized courses reasonably; 2) pay attention to the integration of English language knowledge and professional knowledge; 3) pay attention to students' needs and vocational needs; 4) pay attention to the cohesion and transition of the knowledge of various English courses; 5) improving teachers' literacy and updating teaching methods. This study hopes to arouse the attention of most scholars to the English teaching of art students and to solve the problem of four years' uninterrupted English courses for art students in our country. Thus, it can stimulate students' interest in learning English, improve the teaching efficiency of college English for art students, and improve students' English language ability.
