唐山市曹妃甸滨海休闲型商业街环境设计

【摘要】:本次毕业设计的选题是唐山市曹妃甸滨海休闲型商业街环境设计,随着生活水平的提高,人们的消费活动已经由物质消费向精神消费过度,休闲型消费时代已经来临。与此同时,随着滨海旅游业的快速发展,滨海商业也日益引起人们关注。本文以滨海休闲型商业街环境设计为研究对象,以曹妃甸消费市场为目标群体,主要通过以下三个部分进行研究。第一部分是市场调研报告。通过案例调研,得出成功的休闲型商业街都具有地域性的文化内涵和消费群体的集体认同感这一结论;通过对曹妃甸的中高端消费者市场调研,了解消费群体的社会需求和心理需求,得出商业街的定位以及该定位下的消费群体所认同的曹妃甸海洋文化表征意象。因此,曹妃甸休闲型商业街环境应具有海洋文化内涵。第二部分文献调研报告。调研目的是找到表达海洋文化内涵的方法,首先对滨海休闲型商业街的发展历程和特点进行了总结,引入休闲理论、文化符号、环境心理学等理论,在此基础上提出滨海休闲型商业街文化精神表达的四个物质载体(空间形式、导视系统、色彩和材质、景观小品),并结合具体案例阐述其海洋文化表达方式。第三部分为设计实践报告。根据消费群体的休闲需求和心理需求,对唐山市曹妃甸滨海休闲型商业街环境(空间形式、导视系统、色彩和材质、景观小品)进行分层探讨和设计。重点研究在空间组织上借鉴曹妃甸海岛特色的同时,在环境设计上融入海洋文化元素,并通过设置露台、茶座、屋顶花园、广场等休闲空间,将海景引入到商业街环境中,使消费者得到视觉上的满足和心理上的放松。本论文立足于滨海休闲型的商业街环境设计,通过休闲环境的打造和海洋文化的引入,使消费群体的社会需求和心理需求得到满足,希望这一研究思路可以为同类项目提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:The topic of this graduation project is the environmental design of Caofeidian coastal leisure shopping street in Tangshan City. With the improvement of living standards, people's consumption activities have changed from material consumption to spiritual consumption. Leisure consumption era has come. At the same time, with the rapid development of coastal tourism, coastal commerce is increasingly attracting people's attention. Caofeidian consumer market as the target group, mainly through the following three parts of the study. The first part is the market research report. Through the case study. It is concluded that all the successful leisure commercial streets have regional cultural connotations and collective identity of consumer groups. Through the research on the middle and high-end consumer market of Caofeidian, we can understand the social and psychological needs of the consumer groups. Get the location of the commercial street and the location of the consumer groups to identify with the Caofeidian marine culture representation image. The environment of Caofeidian leisure commercial street should have the connotation of marine culture. The second part of the literature investigation report. The purpose of the investigation is to find the way to express the connotation of marine culture. First of all, the development process and characteristics of the coastal leisure commercial street are summarized, and the leisure theory, cultural symbols, environmental psychology and other theories are introduced. On this basis, it puts forward four material carriers (space form, guide system, color and material, landscape sketch) which express the cultural spirit of coastal leisure shopping street. The third part is the design practice report. According to the leisure needs and psychological needs of consumer groups. To Tangshan Caofeidian coastal leisure commercial street environment (space form, guide system, color and material. Landscape sketch) delamination discussion and design. Focus on the spatial organization of the Caofeidian island features, the integration of marine cultural elements in the environmental design, and through the setting of terrace, teahouse, roof garden. Square and other leisure space, the introduction of sea view into the commercial street environment, so that consumers can get visual satisfaction and psychological relaxation. This paper is based on the coastal leisure commercial street environment design. Through the creation of leisure environment and the introduction of marine culture, the social and psychological needs of consumer groups can be satisfied. It is hoped that this research idea can be used for reference for similar projects.
