作为“活态遗产”的红河元阳哈尼梯田遗产区传统聚落保护模式研究

【摘要】：'全球对“活态遗产”的保护已经越来越重视。红河哈尼梯田被列为世界文化景观遗产,红河元阳哈尼梯田遗产区传统聚落作为遗产的重要组成部分,它不仅由历史产生,而且仍保持着历史过程中的使用功能,对遗产区内人们的生产生活依然发挥着重要作用,具有“活态”的特征。本论文通过相关文献法规的梳理,文化景观遗产保护案例总结及田野调查等方法对元阳哈尼梯田遗产区传统聚落进行分析研究,元阳哈尼梯田遗产区传统聚落具有特殊的地理环境,民族文化精神,地区经济条件。作为“活态遗产”其活态主体原住民与聚落内各生产要素、生活要素、生态环境要素之间相互作用,在社会发展中持续不断的演变。所以对元阳哈尼梯田遗产区传统聚落的保护就是保护“活遗”构成要素的生成、发展、演替、变迁全过程。根据元阳遗产区传统聚落历史演变过程中所产生并存留的全部物质与非物质信息现状进行分析总结,以原住民为保护主体,对其生存所需物质空间采用整体保护模式,对其历史与民俗文化采用活态传承的保护模式,为提高原住民经济水平提出“二个产业”经济发展模式,对传统聚落有效保护采用动态保护管理模式,让“活遗”各构成要素完整、真实、活态的保护在红河元阳哈尼梯田遗产区传统聚落内,形成可持续的红河哈尼梯田世界文化景观遗产。
