小边跨PC连续梁桥静力分析及设计参数研究

【摘要】:PC连续梁桥是我国公路交通建设中一种适用性很强的桥型。在一些特殊的地形上,需要依靠中跨一次性跨越航道、沟壑或线路而采取小边跨连续梁桥建设方案,但目前小边跨PC连续梁桥的应用和研究还不是很多。针对这一情况,论文在已有研究和应用的基础上,对小边跨PC连续梁桥进行了静力分析及设计参数的研究。论文首先归纳总结了小边跨PC连续梁桥的研究现状和应用,然后选取了一座边中跨比为0.3的三跨PC连续梁桥作为研究背景,并以一座常规边中跨比的PC连续梁桥作为对比,有限元仿真模拟计算对比分析两座桥的静力性能。论文还分析了国内外连续梁桥的边中跨比取值,并在小于常规取值的情况下依托背景桥建立了13个不同边中跨比的连续梁桥模型,计算分析了小边中跨比对桥梁受力性能的影响。论文得到的结论有:1、边中跨比值小于0.5的PC连续梁桥为小边跨PC连续梁桥。小边跨PC连续梁桥方案是跨越岸坡陡峭的V型沟谷、边滩狭窄的城市河道和城市路线,避开地质薄弱带,景观造型的合理选择。2、当总跨径相同时,小边跨PC连续梁桥的受力和变形性能较常规边中跨比的PC连续梁桥的差。通过合理的结构设计和预应力布置,小边跨PC连续梁桥依然可以满足结构安全的要求。3、当边中跨比取值在0.5~0.2范围内,边中跨比减小,边跨桥台支座逐渐由受压变成受拉。为了防止边跨桥墩(台)支座受拉,边跨可浇筑铁砂混凝土配重。在条件允许的情况下,边跨宜采用等截面形式。
[Abstract]:PC continuous beam bridge is a bridge type with strong applicability in highway traffic construction in our country. In some special terrain, it is necessary to adopt the construction scheme of small side span continuous beam bridge depending on the one-off crossing channel, gully or line of middle span. But at present, the application and research of PC continuous beam bridge with small side span are not many. In view of this situation, the thesis is based on the existing research and application. The static analysis and design parameters of PC continuous beam bridge with small side span are studied. Firstly, the research status and application of PC continuous beam bridge with small edge span are summarized and summarized in this paper. Then, a three-span PC continuous beam bridge with a ratio of 0.3 to 0.3 is selected as the research background, and a conventional PC continuous beam bridge with mid-span ratio is compared. The static performance of the two bridges is compared with the finite element simulation calculation. In this paper, the ratio of side to middle span of continuous beam bridges at home and abroad is also analyzed. Under the condition that the value is less than the normal value, 13 continuous beam bridge models with different side to middle span ratio are established based on the background bridge. The effect of the ratio of middle to middle span on the mechanical performance of the bridge is calculated and analyzed. It is concluded that the PC continuous beam bridge with a ratio of 1 to 0.5 is a PC continuous beam bridge with small side span. The small side span PC continuous beam bridge scheme is a V-shaped valley with steep bank slope. Narrow riverways and urban routes of banks, avoiding geological weak zones, reasonable selection of landscape modeling. When the total span is the same, The mechanical and deformation behavior of PC continuous beam bridge with small side span is worse than that of PC continuous beam bridge with middle and middle span ratio of side to middle side. Through reasonable structural design and prestress arrangement, PC continuous beam bridge with small side span can still meet the requirements of structural safety. When the ratio of side to middle span is in the range of 0.50. 2, the ratio of side to middle span decreases, and the side span abutment support gradually changes from compression to tension. In order to prevent the side span pier (abutment) bearing from being pulled, The side span can be poured with iron sand concrete counterweight. If conditions permit, the side span should adopt the form of equal cross section.
