【摘要】：积极发展现代农业,尤其是发展现代化园林苗木基地是高陵县农业发展、农村发展、农民增收的一项战略性工作。陕西山秦明珠现代农业高陵基地的建设坚持以市场为导向,以农业产业化生产为中心,不仅经营农业、经营环境、经营技术,而且以农业生产、苗木环境、农场文化为特色,经营农业休闲,力争通过5-6年的发展,将基地开发为具有示范意义和独特魅力的高科技园艺生产示范园和旅游休闲的目的地。陕西山秦明珠现代农业高陵基地主要功能为苗木花卉生产,辅以农业观光,规划建设面积773.48亩,按职能分为基地的“一心二带五区”,“一心”即培训中心;“二带”即主轴景观带和绿化防护带;“五区”即太空蔬菜育种园、彩叶植物博览园、北方速生树种博览园、现代草坪博览园和水生植物展示园。基地充分利用现状土壤、水分等自然条件,进行合理的产业定位、功能分区,既保证场地资源的充分利用,也确保了产业的优势发展,明确打造一个集现代农业生产和休闲娱乐于一体的新型农业基地。该基地的建设,对高陵县发展现代农业具有一定的示范作用,对带动高陵县园林苗木的发展具有积极的意义,是促进高陵县休闲农业发展的主要推手。
[Abstract]:The active development of modern agriculture, especially the development of modern garden nursery stock base, is a strategic work for the agricultural development, rural development and farmers' income increase in Gaoling County. The construction of the modern agricultural Gaoling base in Shaanxi Mountain and Qinmingzhu insists on taking the market as the guide. Focusing on the industrialized production of agriculture, we should not only manage agriculture, business environment, and management technology, but also take agricultural production, seedling environment and farm culture as the characteristics to manage agricultural leisure and strive for the development of agriculture through 5-6 years of development. The base will be developed as a demonstration garden of high-tech horticultural production with demonstration significance and unique charm and a destination for tourism and leisure. The main function of the modern agricultural Gaoling base in Shaanxi Mountain and Qinmingzhu is the production of seedlings and flowers, supplemented by agricultural sightseeing. The planning and construction area is 773.48 mu, which is divided into "one mind, two belts, five districts" according to their functions. "one mind" is the training center; the "second belt" is the main axis landscape belt and the green protection belt; the "five zones" are the space vegetable breeding garden, the colorful leaf plant expo 鈥，
