基于GIS的西湖世界文化遗产监测系统设计与实现

【摘要】：随着申遗工作的推进,中国的世界文化遗产得到了国内外的广泛关注。世界文化遗产在精神上和经济上都给我们带来了巨大利益,国内各界也愈加认识到文化遗产合理开发的重要性,纷纷在文化遗产监测和保护上进行了探索。包括苏州园林、敦煌莫高窟、北京故宫等文化遗产,或多或少都在研究如何利用时下的各种信息化手段,建立符合各自现状和特征的文化遗产监测体系。本文结合国际与国家标准、国内外相关案例经验和西湖文化景观遗产特征,设计西湖世界文化景观遗产的监测框架。并研究GIS相关技术,建设一个GIS大平台,为杭州市园林文物局提供统一的GIS基础服务。结合文化遗产监测保护要求,在此基础平台上实现西湖文化景观的六大要素监测预警系统的开发和利用,该系统的核心的监测和预警对象为城湖空间、自然山水、景观格局、特色植物、西湖十景和文化史迹,从而为西湖文化景观各类监测、预警、评估、保护等提供信息化支撑。
[Abstract]:With the advancement of the application work, China's world cultural heritage has received extensive attention both at home and abroad. The world cultural heritage has brought us tremendous benefits both spiritually and economically. All walks of life in China have increasingly realized the importance of rational development of cultural heritage, and have explored the monitoring and protection of cultural heritage, including Suzhou Gardens, Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes, The Imperial Palace and other cultural heritages in Beijing. More or less, we are studying how to establish a monitoring system of cultural heritage in accordance with their present situation and characteristics by using various information means. This paper combines international and national standards, relevant cases at home and abroad, and cultural landscape heritage characteristics of West Lake. To design the monitoring framework of the West Lake World Cultural Landscape Heritage, and to study the GIS technology, to build a GIS platform, to provide a unified GIS basic service for Hangzhou City Landscape and Cultural Heritage Bureau, and to combine with the requirements of cultural heritage monitoring and protection. On this basic platform, the development and utilization of the six elements of the West Lake cultural landscape monitoring and early warning system are realized. The core monitoring and warning objects of the system are the city lake space, the natural landscape, the landscape pattern, and the characteristic plants. The ten scenes and cultural historical relics of West Lake provide information support for all kinds of monitoring, early warning, evaluation and protection of West Lake cultural landscape.
