低维护简易型屋顶绿化设计与技术研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的迅猛发展、城市化进程的加快,城市人口越来越密集,道路、建筑占据大量的城市空间,城市的可用土地越来越少,城市绿化的压力越来越大。园林绿化发展与用地的矛盾是当前城市园林绿化发展的重点问题,绿化覆盖率和人均绿地指标在城市中心地区严重不足。为解决恶劣的环境问题,促进生态园林建设,在保证现有平面绿化的基础上,绿化还需要向垂直绿化、空中花园等多种方式发展。目前,国内屋顶绿化上还存在各方面的问题,如:缺乏对本土气候和文化风情的考虑、没有明确的设计定位、养护困难且成本高等。因此急需一种简便高效的屋顶绿化方式,以解决需求巨大和发展缓慢之间的矛盾。本文第一步分析了国内外屋顶绿化的发展历史和趋势。第二步通过对传统屋顶绿化景观类型及存在的问题的分析,对屋顶绿化的人群行为特征与屋顶绿化设计的联系、景观要素进行分析与探索。然后通过国内外不同区域案例的分析,并结合低维护简易型屋顶绿化的特点,对不同区域的低维护简易型屋顶绿化设计进行探索。第三步,主要从荷载、灌溉、防水、植物选择、围护等方面论述低维护简易型屋顶绿化的工程技术,并对围护结构进行了试验,并得出其围护结构具有可行性。第四步,对低维护简易型屋顶绿化主要使用植物华南铺地锦竹草的适用基质进行试验,以到达提高经济效益的目的,也是推广低维护简易型屋顶绿化技术的重要因素之一,得出当田园土、椰糠、泥炭土比例为4:3:3时最适合华南铺地锦竹草生长。最后,基于以上研究,总结出低维护简易型屋顶绿化景观形式具有投入和管理成本低,重量轻、易推广,经济实用等特点,并对低维护简易型屋顶绿化景观形式与工程技术的适用、观赏和推广价值做尝试性探讨。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the urban population is becoming more and more dense, roads and buildings occupy a large amount of urban space, and the available land in cities is becoming less and less. The pressure of urban greening is increasing. The contradiction between the development of landscaping and land use is the key problem in the development of urban landscaping. The greening coverage rate and the per capita green space index are seriously insufficient in the urban center area. In order to solve the bad environmental problems, To promote the construction of ecological gardens, on the basis of ensuring the existing planar greening, greening still needs to be developed to vertical greening, aerial gardens, and so on. At present, there are still various problems in domestic roof greening. For example, lack of consideration of local climate and cultural customs, lack of clear design orientation, difficult maintenance and high cost, etc. Therefore, a simple and efficient method of roof greening is urgently needed. In order to solve the contradiction between huge demand and slow development, the first step of this paper is to analyze the development history and trend of roof greening at home and abroad. The second step is to analyze the traditional landscape types and existing problems of roof greening. This paper analyzes and explores the relationship between the crowd behavior characteristics of roof greening and the design of roof greening, analyzes and explores the landscape elements. Then through the analysis of different regional cases at home and abroad, it combines the characteristics of low maintenance simple roof greening. This paper probes into the design of low maintenance and simple roof greening in different areas. The third step mainly discusses the engineering technology of low maintenance simple roof greening from the aspects of load, irrigation, waterproofing, plant selection, enclosure, etc. The experiment on the enclosure structure was carried out, and the feasibility of the enclosure structure was obtained. 4th steps were obtained. The suitable substrate for the low maintenance and simple roof greening was tested, which mainly used the plant South China to improve the economic benefit. It is also one of the important factors in popularizing low-maintenance and easy-type roof greening technology. When the ratio of pastoral soil, coconut chaff and peat soil is 4: 3: 3, it is most suitable for the growth of bamboo and bamboo grass in South China. Finally, based on the above research, It is concluded that the low maintenance simple roof greening landscape form has the characteristics of low input and management cost, light weight, easy to be popularized, economical and practical, and is suitable for the low maintenance simple roof greening landscape form and engineering technology. To explore the value of appreciation and promotion.
