严寒地区乡村产业景观风貌规划研究

【摘要】：自2011年我国城市化水平突破50%以来,城乡发展不均衡问题日益涌现,基础设施条件、居民生活环境以及整体风貌建设等方面存在的差距尤为显著。与此同时,前所未有的城镇化进程致使我国乡村景观面貌趋同、缺乏特色,具有鲜明地域特色与认同感的乡村景观风貌亟待得到重视与重新认知。作为我国乡村农业文化渗透于居民生活的重要载体,乡村风貌影响到乡村自然生态景观与建设用地布局等诸多方面,对乡村规划及其发展意义重大。研究在总结风貌系统与乡村景观的要素构成的基础上构建了乡村产业景观风貌的要素系统,通过对严寒地区产业资源分布及发展现状的梳理分析,结合严寒地区乡村的自然环境条件与社会经济特征,筛选出各类产业典型乡村作为调研对象。以此为基础,研究进一步以风貌的物质要素与人文要素作为入手点,总结各类产业风貌在物质环境以及社会环境影响下的生成机制,提炼其风貌特质,对各类型产业景观风貌要素进行提取与归纳。此外,研究通过调研所建立的乡村产业景观风貌评价体系评价并总结各产业类型风貌现状,从而探究问题及成因,从本质上认识产业对城乡统筹背景下乡村风貌规划的重要影响。针对严寒地区乡村各产业类型景观风貌现状,研究借鉴国内外优秀产业景观类型的规划设计过程,从规划内容、编制技术以及管理实施方法的角度探讨乡村产业景观风貌优化的可能性,从三大方面对严寒地区乡村风貌提出规划策略。针对乡村风貌规划编制内容的补充,研究提出了结合定性分析与定量研究的乡村产业景观风貌区区划策略,并强调了乡村产业规划以及乡村绿地慢行道路系统规划在编制内容中的重要性;针对编制技术办法的引入,研究详细介绍了基于视觉分析技术以及基于公众参与GIS技术的编制技术优化策略的具体步骤;针对风貌规划参与与实施管理层面的优化,研究通过分析风貌规划的各参与部门的现有职能,对其角色转型提出建议,并通过对政府宣传、NGO组织的构建等策略的研究,进一步丰富严寒地区乡村产业景观风貌规划的管理实施策略,继而为建立更优质的产业空间,提升严寒地区乡村生活生产环境,从而为更有效地调整区域产业结构与乡村风貌规划提供参考。
[Abstract]:Since 2011, the urbanization level of our country has exceeded 50%, the problem of imbalance between urban and rural development has emerged day by day, the gap of infrastructure condition, resident living environment and overall construction of style and features has been especially remarkable. At the same time, The unprecedented process of urbanization has led to the convergence of the landscape of rural areas in our country and the lack of special features. The rural landscape with distinct regional characteristics and identity needs urgent attention and recognition. As an important carrier of our country's rural agricultural culture, it permeates the residents' life. The rural landscape affects the rural natural ecological landscape and the layout of construction land, and so on. It is of great significance to rural planning and development. On the basis of summing up the elements of the landscape system and the rural landscape, the paper constructs the system of the elements of the rural industrial landscape. Through combing and analyzing the distribution of industrial resources and the present situation of development in severe cold regions, combining the natural environment conditions and social and economic characteristics of villages in cold regions, the typical villages of various industries are selected as research objects. Taking the material and humanistic elements of the style and features as the starting point, the paper summarizes the formation mechanism of various industrial styles and features under the influence of the material environment and social environment, and refines their stylistic characteristics. In addition, the paper studies the evaluation system of rural industrial landscape landscape and summarizes the present situation of each industry type, so as to explore the problem and cause of formation. In essence, we understand the important influence of industry on rural landscape planning under the background of urban and rural planning. In view of the present situation of landscape features of various types of rural industries in severe cold areas, this paper studies the planning and design process of excellent industrial landscape types at home and abroad. This paper discusses the possibility of optimizing the landscape features of rural industries from the angles of compiling technology and implementing methods of management, and puts forward planning strategies for rural features in cold areas from three aspects. Based on the qualitative analysis and quantitative study, the paper puts forward the regionalization strategy of rural industrial landscape and landscape, and emphasizes the importance of rural industry planning and rural green slow road system planning in compiling content. In view of the introduction of compiling technology, this paper introduces in detail the detailed steps of compiling technology optimization strategy based on visual analysis technology and public participation GIS technology, as well as the optimization of style planning participation and implementation management. Through the analysis of the existing functions of the participating departments in the planning of style and features, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the transformation of their roles, and through the study of the strategies of government propaganda and NGO organization construction, To further enrich the management and implementation strategy of rural industrial landscape planning in severe cold areas, and then to establish higher quality industrial space and enhance the living and production environment of rural areas in severe cold areas, So as to more effectively adjust the regional industrial structure and rural landscape planning to provide a reference.
