严寒地区村镇建筑景观风貌数据库设计研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着国家对村镇建设的逐渐重视,村镇各项设施正日益完善,居住环境正不断的改善,村镇的风貌也逐步的发生着变化。但是,村镇建筑景观风貌逐步趋同、地域文化特色缺失的问题日益突出。因此,建立系统的村镇建筑景观风貌分析、规划、评定、管理综合平台,结合数据库的技术,利用严寒地区村镇建筑景观风貌数据库系统,为村镇风貌的保护、延续提供一个思路。加之严寒地区村镇的经济、地理、气候等因素的限制,使村镇绿色化发展进程缓慢。因此,发挥数据库数据分析应用的优势,将绿色化的相关技术、措施、指标等要求运用到村镇建筑景观风貌的规划建设、改造中,是现实村镇绿色化发展的一个重要路径,也是对村镇建筑景观风貌建设的引导。论文以风貌理论研究、数据库技术为基础,首先,对国内外建筑景观风貌的内容、数据库的设计思路、建筑景观风貌数据库的构建技术进行整理、总结,并对村镇建筑景观风貌数据库设计的相关研究基础进行梳理。其次,论文从实地调查出发,对严寒地区8个镇的镇区及17个村庄的建筑景观风貌要素及特征做了详细调查与分析,结合不同村镇的类型、民族特点,分析了建筑景观风貌特征的区别,形成了严寒地区村镇建筑景观风貌要素特征框架。并从风貌建设及绿色化的角度出发,总结了与村镇建筑景观风貌密切相关的建设影响因素及相关绿色化导则技术、参考指标。最后,利用数据库设计技术,结合村镇建筑景观风貌的构成要素及特征,从数据库的数据结构、数据提取、约束引导方式、数据编码及录入、数据的应用等方面出发构建了村镇建筑景观风貌数据库。在此过程中,利用相关方法分析了风貌数据的筛选,阐述了建筑景观风貌分析、评定、规划改造及绿色化建设等数据库数据应用的内容及方法,并对数据库的数据运算过程与方法、操作运行界面等成果作了分析与设计。严寒地区村镇建筑景观风貌数据库作为一个综合应用平台。从建筑景观风貌规划设计的角度,提供了建筑景观风貌现状数据录入、查询、分析及规划建设等功能;从建筑景观风貌的管理角度,多层次的风貌现状数据及相关的应用内容可为建筑景观风貌控制、引导提供参考。因此,建筑景观风貌数据库将为村镇建筑景观风貌的规划、管理提供技术支持,为实现村镇建筑景观风貌的绿色化发展奠定基础。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the gradual attention of the country to the construction of villages and towns, the facilities of villages and towns are becoming more and more perfect, the living environment is constantly improving, and the style and features of villages and towns are gradually changing. However, the landscape of buildings in villages and towns is gradually converging. Therefore, a systematic comprehensive platform for the analysis, planning, evaluation and management of the architectural landscape of villages and towns is established, which combines the technology of database, and makes use of the database system of architectural landscape features of villages and towns in severe cold areas. In addition, the restriction of economy, geography, climate and other factors in the cold area makes the green development of villages and towns slow. Therefore, the advantages of database data analysis and application are brought into play. It is an important way for the green development of villages and towns to apply the requirements of green technology, measures, indicators and so on to the planning and construction of the landscape features of villages and towns. The thesis is based on the theory of style and feature, database technology, first of all, the content of architectural landscape at home and abroad, database design ideas, The construction technology of architectural landscape landscape database is sorted out, summarized, and the related research basis of architectural landscape database design in villages and towns is combed out. Secondly, the paper starts from the field investigation, This paper makes a detailed investigation and analysis on the elements and characteristics of architectural landscape features in 8 towns and 17 villages in severe cold areas, and analyzes the differences of architectural landscape features according to the types and ethnic characteristics of different villages and towns. This paper forms the characteristic frame of architectural features of villages and towns in severe cold areas. From the point of view of landscape construction and greening, this paper sums up the factors affecting the construction and the related green guiding techniques, which are closely related to the landscape features of villages and towns. Finally, using the database design technology, combining with the elements and characteristics of the architectural landscape of villages and towns, from the database data structure, data extraction, constraint guidance, data coding and input, Based on the application of the data, the database of architectural landscape features in villages and towns is constructed. In the process, the selection of landscape data is analyzed by using relevant methods, and the analysis and evaluation of architectural landscape features are expounded. The contents and methods of database data application, such as planning, transformation and green construction, and the data operation process and method of database, As a comprehensive application platform, the database of architectural landscape in severe cold area is used as a comprehensive application platform. From the point of view of architectural landscape planning and design, the data input and query of architectural landscape features are provided. From the view of architectural landscape management, multi-level data of landscape status and related application can provide reference for architectural landscape control and guidance. The database of architectural landscape will provide technical support for the planning and management of architectural landscape in villages and towns, and lay a foundation for the green development of architectural features in villages and towns.
