基于产业化发展的笔架山乡木槿生态观光园规划研究

【摘要】：木槿(Hibiscus syriacus L.)作为一种中国传统的观赏园艺植物,不仅具有极高的观赏性,还兼具食用、药用、化工应用等多重价值。木槿经产业化开发后能发挥极大的生态效益、社会效益和经济效益,在国家支持转变农业发展方式,促进产业融合,做大做强优势特色产业和建设产业基地的社会背景下,木槿产业化建设势在必行。而目前中国木槿产业尚处于起步阶段,为探寻如何实现木槿的产业化发展,采取调查与研究,理论与实践相结合的方法,研究木槿产业发展现阶段取得的成就、分析存在的问题与解决办法,将木槿产业化发展模式应用于农业产业主导型生态观光园的规划中,构建以木槿为主导产业的农业生态观光园,以实现木槿产业效益的最大化。我国木槿种质资源丰富,种植范围广泛,产业发展基础条件良好。但木槿种质资源的保护与利用不足,木槿产业受到生产方式、市场机制、科研技术等综合因素的制约,在不同地区发展不均衡。木槿花卉、食品、药品等产业间关联程度低,未能形成完整的木槿产业链。解决产业发展问题的方法在于遵循市场规律,实现木槿的专业化、标准化、集约化生产加工与经营,纵横向串联木槿相关产业形成产业集群共同发展,实现优势互补。本文从木槿生态功能、木槿产品生产和木槿产业发展等方面论证了木槿与生态农业观光园的契合性,指出生态农业观光园是木槿产业化发展最好的载体形式,探析木槿为主导产业的农业生态观光园区规划设计的思路,结合景观生态学,产业经济学和游憩学相关原则,总结出将产业规划、景观规划和游憩规划相结合的木槿产业主导型农业生态观光园区规划方法。本文对湖南省益阳市笔架山乡基地进行了规划研究。通过对园区建设的基础条件、背景依据与发展潜力分析,确立了园区的规划定位、发展理念、产业目标、总体布局、功能分区、管理运营模式及实施策略:以当地优势木槿产业为基础,以加工为提升,以第二产业促进第一产业;以观光旅游为发展,以第三产业带动第一产业,打造一个集生产、科普、示范、培训与展销为一体的现代化木槿产业生态观光园,为未来木槿产业的建设与发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:Hibiscus syriacus L.), as a traditional ornamental horticultural plant in China, not only has high ornamental value, but also has many values such as edible, medicinal and chemical applications. Social and economic benefits, under the social background of state support to change the mode of agricultural development, to promote industrial integration, to expand and strengthen the advantages of characteristic industries and to build industrial bases, The industrialization construction of hibiscus is imperative. At present, Chinese hibiscus industry is still in its infancy. In order to find out how to realize the industrialization development of hibiscus, the methods of investigation and research, combination of theory and practice are adopted. This paper studies the achievements in the development of hibiscus industry at the present stage, analyzes the existing problems and solutions, and applies the industrial development model of hibiscus to the planning of the agricultural industry-led ecological sightseeing park. In order to maximize the benefit of hibiscus industry, the agricultural ecological sightseeing garden with hibiscus as the leading industry was constructed. China has abundant germplasm resources and extensive planting range. But the protection and utilization of hibiscus germplasm resources are not enough, the hibiscus industry is restricted by comprehensive factors such as production mode, market mechanism, scientific research technology and so on, and the development is not balanced in different regions. The solution to the problem of industrial development lies in following the market law, realizing the specialization, standardization, and intensive production, processing and management of hibiscus. Vertical and horizontal series hibiscus related industries form industrial clusters to achieve complementary advantages. This paper demonstrates the compatibility between hibiscus and eco-agricultural sightseeing garden from the aspects of the ecological function of hibiscus, the production of hibiscus products and the development of hibiscus industry. It is pointed out that ecological agricultural sightseeing park is the best carrier form for the development of hibiscus industrialization. This paper probes into the planning and design ideas of Hibiscus hibiscus agricultural ecological sightseeing park, combining with the related principles of landscape ecology, industrial economics and recreation science. Summed up the industrial planning, The planning method of Hibiscus Industrial Hibiscus Agricultural Eco-sightseeing Park combined with landscape planning and recreation planning. This paper studies the planning of Bijiashan Township Base in Yiyang City, Hunan Province. Based on the analysis of the background and development potential, this paper establishes the planning and positioning, development concept, industrial objectives, overall layout, functional zoning, management and operation mode and implementation strategy of the park: based on the local superior hibiscus industry, and based on the promotion of processing. To promote the primary industry by the secondary industry, to promote the primary industry by taking tourism as the development, and to promote the primary industry by the tertiary industry, and to create a modern hibiscus industry ecological sightseeing park that integrates production, science popularization, demonstration, training and exhibition and marketing. To provide reference for the future construction and development of hibiscus industry.
