天津市东厂引河湿地公园在海绵城市背景下的设计研究

【摘要】:我国近几十年来大幅度推进城市化建设,大部分的城市河流及湿地都遭到严重破坏。天津市是随着京津冀一体化发展的推进,占据了得天独厚的区位优势。而这也导致天津地区大部分城市湿地及河流受到污染,局部地区内涝现象日益严重,如东厂引河片区的内涝现象及河流污染现象就尤其严重。城市水资源问题越来越受到国家重视,为解决我国环境危机,学者们大力提倡推进海绵城市建设,为缓解洪涝灾害、解决水资源问题提供了技术指导。城市湿地是海绵城市建设中重要的蓄水载体,其海绵式的生态规划可以提升区域的调蓄功能,增加生态净化功能,提升城市景观。但是单一、局部的海绵体建设无法从根本上缓解现状,这就需要对城市湿地构建完整的生态景观体系。本文通过对城市湿地公园的海绵式景观设计研究,梳理海绵城市技术指导下的湿地景观设计,分析其现状及意义,探讨在城市湿地中生态景观及公园景观的设计策略,并应用于天津市东厂引河滨河公园景观设计项目中。通过以上探索和研究,认识到城市湿地的海绵式景观规划设计,对城市水资源净化及再利用有重大意义,符合当今城市生态化发展的大方向,也是我国绿色发展的需要。最终提出了设计对策建议与总体设计方法,具体落实于设计技术层面之中,希望能解决城市湿地公园实践中常见的水资源问题。
[Abstract]:In recent decades, China has greatly promoted the construction of urbanization, and most of the urban rivers and wetlands have been seriously damaged. Tianjin is advancing with the development of the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. This has led to the pollution of most of the urban wetlands and rivers in Tianjin, and the increasing waterlogging in some parts of the region. The phenomenon of waterlogging and river pollution is especially serious in Ruodong River diversion area. The problem of urban water resources is paid more and more attention by the state. In order to solve the environmental crisis in our country, scholars strongly advocate to promote the construction of sponge city, in order to alleviate the flood disaster, The urban wetland is an important water storage carrier in the construction of sponge city. Its sponge ecological planning can enhance the function of regional regulation and storage, increase the function of ecological purification, and enhance the urban landscape. Local construction of sponge body can not fundamentally alleviate the current situation, which requires the construction of a complete ecological landscape system of urban wetland. This paper studies the sponge landscape design of urban wetland park. This paper combs the wetland landscape design under the guidance of sponge city technology, analyzes its present situation and significance, and probes into the design strategy of ecological landscape and park landscape in urban wetland. It has been applied to the landscape design project of Tianjin Dongchang River Binhe Park. Through the above exploration and research, it is recognized that the sponge landscape planning and design of urban wetland is of great significance to the purification and reuse of urban water resources. In line with the general direction of urban ecological development and the needs of green development in China, the paper finally puts forward the design countermeasures and overall design methods, which are implemented in the design technology level. It is hoped that the problems of water resources in the practice of urban wetland parks can be solved.
