基于人与自然协调的广州旧城滨水地区设计研究

【摘要】：快速的城市化和工业化带给人类巨大财富的同时,也造成了自然生态环境的严重破坏,对人与自然协调的呼唤日益强烈。广州旧城滨水地区,它处于自然水体和陆地相交的边缘地带,生态敏感度高、人文历史悠久,人与自然之间的关系十分紧密,矛盾也更为集中突出,寻求两者关系的协调,其挑战也更加艰巨。当今的广州旧城发展过程中,重经济轻生态、重利用轻保护的问题在旧城滨水地区普遍存在,使得旧城滨水地区的自然环境和历史人文环境受到很大破坏,滨水地区一度从城市的正面走向城市的背面,甚至变成了城市中被遗忘的地带。面对现实的各种困境,需要重新思考广州旧城滨水地区整体重塑和协调发展的问题。在这样的背景下,本论文基于人与自然协调的主线,展开广州旧城滨水地区设计研究。广州旧城滨水地区在两千多年的演进历程中,人、水、城关系密切,经历了从傍水而居、因水而兴、水城一体,而又逐渐瓦解变化的历史过程,总结不同历史阶段的演进特征和启示,归纳出了 "古代自发协调"、"近代逐步失调"、"现代全面失调"的人与自然关系演变脉络,深刻反映出人与自然关系是贯穿广州旧城演变历程的核心主线。抓住这一主线,从规划、建筑、景观三个层面概括总结了广州旧城滨水地区的现状特征,结合相关理论和国内外经验教训进行相应的设计策略分析,进而综合集成了规划、建筑、景观一体化设计策略群。一体化设计策略群作为互联、动态、开放的体系,价值取向是内在的核心影响因素,论文最后基于人与自然协调的价值观念,探索性地从稳定良好的自然生态环境、有序活力的人类滨水活动、延续多元的城市历史文脉三方面总结提炼出了广州旧城滨水地区的设计价值取向。论文分四大部分展开论述:第一部分:立题。包括本论文的第一章、第二章。结合背景研究、相关学科理论及各种研究的综述,通过追踪广州旧城滨水地区演进历程,确立了"基于人与自然协调的广州旧城滨水地区设计"作为本论文研究的主题。第二部分:体系建构。主要是本论文的第三章。结合"人与自然协调"这一主线,从"整体思维、价值观念、专业理论"三方面,对广州旧城滨水地区设计的内涵进行解读和研究体系建构。明确了基于人与自然协调的广州旧城滨水地区设计包括:"规划"、"建筑"、"景观"三个层面进行分析,综合集成一体化设计策略群;并提出"指导原则"、"多级策略"、"总结提炼"三个层次的设计研究推导模式。第三部分:分析求证。主要包括本论文的第四章、第五章、第六章,结合人与自然协调的主线,分别从规划、建筑、景观三个层面进行论证,详细分析并概括了广州1旧城滨水地区的现状特征,结合相关理论和国内外相关的经验教训,总结出规划层面"总体协调"、建筑层面"特色延续"、景观层面"多维均衡"的多项具体策略。第四部分:总结提炼。总结回顾前文基础上,围绕人与自然协调的主线,综合集成了广州旧城滨水地区的规划、建筑、景观一体化设计策略群,并进一步结合人与自然协调的价值观念,总结提炼出了广州旧城滨水地区的设计价值取向。
