旅游医养社区景观空间设计研究

【摘要】：当今人口老龄化趋势在世界范围内日益明显,大部分国家相继迈入“老龄化”社会,各国就如何应对这一现象以及创造出适宜的老年人居住的景观空间环境,改善老年人自身状况,提高老年人生活质量等方面的问题展开了讨论,各国专家学者都在积极的寻找解决办法。我国也处在这个行列之中。社会经济水平的提高,使得老年人对养老模式有了更高、更新的要求,结合国内外针对“老龄化”的研究,论文从这一背景出发,通过对国内外旅游养老模式、医养结合模式、老年住宅景观和与医养有关的旅游度假区景观的研究,发现都是从其模式的构建和经济效益方面去探讨的。因此笔者选择旅游医养社区作为研究对象,以景观空间设计的角度作为切入点,希望通过对相关理论和设计实例进行分析和研究,寻找适合旅游医养景观空间的设计策略。其次,界定相关概念,寻找旅游养老与医养模式的共同点,将二者结合。通过对相关设计理论的研究,与老年人生理和心理特征以及老年人需求结合,尝试性的将老年人群体进行分类,并且分析出不同类型老年人的行为和需求上的差异。之后,根据研究其中需求的差异和个体的差异,归纳出设计原则和设计目标。总结上述内容,针对不同类型老年人之间的差异,将旅游养老社区景观分为旅游城市养老社区景观和旅游度假区景观两种景观类型。根据不同景观类型的特征分析空间内元素的设计策略,从景观整体规划,空间功能分类、道路交通系统、景观植物设计及景观小品方面,概括出一套合理的旅游医养社区景观空间设计策略。论文最后,通过对我国相关的实际案例进行了研究,总结出实践中存在的问题,将论文研究的成果与实践相结合,思索需要改进的不足,为日后旅游医养社区景观空间设计研究提供参考。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the trend of population aging is becoming more and more obvious in the world. Most countries have stepped into the "aging" society one after another. Each country has to deal with this phenomenon and create a landscape space environment suitable for the elderly to live in. The problems of improving the situation of the elderly themselves and improving the quality of life of the elderly have been discussed. Experts and scholars from all over the world are actively looking for solutions. China is also in this category. The social and economic level has improved. So that the elderly have higher and newer requirements for the old-age model, combined with the domestic and foreign research on "aging", the paper from this background, through the domestic and foreign tourism pension model, the combination of medical care model, The research on the landscape of the elderly residence and the tourist resort related to the medical care is discussed from the aspects of the construction of the model and the economic benefit. Therefore, the author chooses the tourist medical community as the research object. From the point of view of landscape space design, I hope that through the analysis and study of relevant theories and design examples, we can find the design strategy suitable for tourism medical culture landscape space. Secondly, define the relevant concepts. Through the research on the related design theory, combining with the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly and the needs of the elderly, this paper tries to classify the elderly groups. And analyze the difference in behavior and demand of different types of old people. Then, according to the difference of needs and individual differences, we conclude the design principles and design goals. According to the differences between different types of elderly, the landscape of tourism pension community is divided into two kinds of landscape types: the landscape of urban pension community and the landscape of tourist resorts. According to the characteristics of different landscape types, the design strategies of elements in space are analyzed. From the aspects of overall landscape planning, spatial function classification, road traffic system, landscape plant design and landscape sketch, this paper summarizes a set of reasonable landscape space design strategies for tourism medical community. Through the study of relevant practical cases in China, this paper summarizes the existing problems in practice, combines the research results with the practice, and considers the shortcomings that need to be improved to provide a reference for the future research on the landscape space design of the tourism medical community.
