海南乡村公园景观规划研究

【摘要】：在国家新农村建设相关政策的鼓励以及乡村旅游的带动下,全国各地均开展了乡村公园建设事业,然而目前有关乡村公园的理论研究仍处于起步阶段,远远滞后于实际建设,乡村公园的概念界定没有统一标准,相关规划依据及技术规范全无。论文以海南乡村公园建设现状为基础,总结其存在的问题。采取推导演绎的方法,从理论出发,构建满足乡村需求、适合乡村地区的乡村公园规划模式,再以该模式指导乡村公园建设实践。乡村公园模式以乡村及乡村居民诉求为出发点,参照景观生态学、园林美学、人文主义、乡村旅游学、可持续发展等基础理论,结合乡村资源、用地、经济等特点,创新性的提出一套满足乡村居民诉求、符合景观发展基本规律、适合乡村长久永续发展的乡村公园规划模式。该模式采用景观生态学最优景观格局理念,即“大集中小分散”的模式。保留和维护乡村现有的聚落、农田、水系等大型斑块；创新性地将部分农田及林果园产业景观作为生产区纳入乡村公园范围,在体现乡村农业性特点之余,另可发展旅游；各斑块边缘以“飞地”的形式穿插小型斑块,即小型综合性活动区或农业斑块；乡村公园内部道路系统以原始乡村道路为蓝本,适当进行拓宽绿化处理；园区边缘构成开敞式空间,将整个乡村自然山水、聚落、产业等景观尽收眼底,视觉效果无边界。论文提出的乡村公园规划模式充分尊重和利用乡村景观的美学价值、生态价值和文化价值,协调景观内部结构、生态过程及人与自然的关系。使得乡村公园既美观又生态的可持续性健康发展,同时满足社会经济发展需求等多个目标,是一种多目标的综合规划方法。在乡村公园理论研究短缺的当前阶段,探索出一套新的规划模式,优化现有的乡村公园规划设计方法,为乡村公园未来发展提供借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the encouragement of national new rural construction policies and the promotion of rural tourism, rural park construction has been carried out all over the country. However, the theoretical research on rural parks is still in its infancy, which lags far behind the actual construction. There is no unified standard for defining the concept of country park, and there is no relevant planning basis and technical specification. Based on the present situation of the rural park construction in Hainan, the paper summarizes the existing problems, takes the deductive method, starts from the theory, constructs the rural park planning mode which meets the rural demand and is suitable for the rural area. Then it guides the practice of rural park construction. The rural park model takes the demands of rural and rural residents as the starting point, referring to the basic theories of landscape ecology, garden aesthetics, humanism, rural tourism, sustainable development, and so on. Combined with the characteristics of rural resources, land, economy and so on, an innovative set of rural park planning model is put forward to meet the demands of rural residents, meet the basic law of landscape development, and adapt to the sustainable development of rural areas for a long time. This model adopts the idea of optimal landscape pattern of landscape ecology, that is, "large concentration and small dispersion" model, which preserves and maintains the existing village settlement, farmland, water system and other large patches. The industrial landscape of some farmland and forest orchards is creatively incorporated into the scope of rural parks as a production area. Besides the characteristics of rural agriculture, tourism can be developed, and small patches can be inserted in the form of "enclaves" at the edge of each patch. That is, small integrated activity areas or agricultural patches; the internal road system of the country park is based on the original rural road, and the proper greening treatment is carried out; the edge of the park forms an open space where the whole rural natural landscape is settled, Industry and other landscape panoramic, visual effects without boundaries. The rural park planning model proposed in the paper fully respects and utilizes the aesthetic value, ecological value and cultural value of the rural landscape, and coordinates the internal structure of the landscape. The ecological process and the relationship between man and nature make the country park beautiful and ecological sustainable and healthy development, and meet the needs of social and economic development and other objectives. It is a multi-objective comprehensive planning method. In the current stage of the research on the shortage of rural park theory, a set of new planning mode is explored, and the existing planning and design method of rural park is optimized, which provides a reference for the future development of rural park.
