长株潭城市立体绿化设计与实践

【摘要】:近年来,我国城市化的步伐越来越快,城市规模也在不断壮大。这一方面反映我国经济正在快速稳步增长,人们生活水平越来越高;但另一方面,环境方面彰显的问题也越来越严重,包括土地资源的紧张,能源的过度消耗,以及生态环境的严重破坏。而立体绿化,是一种新型的绿化模式,是城市绿化的重要形式之一,是传统城市绿化的重要补充。立体绿化能在传统绿化的基础上,更进一步地提高城市绿化覆盖率,改善城市微气候,缓解城市热岛效应。立体绿化能够增加城市园林的景观层次,能够在城市有限的种植空间里增加更多的绿量;能够减少能源消耗和改善城市生态环境。建设环境友好型,资源节约型社会,立体绿化是重要举措,立体绿化也是生态文明建设中所面临的重要课题。文章以长株潭地区立体绿化建设案例为研究对象,采用文献研究法、综合分析法、比较分析法和理论联系实际法,在综合国内外相关成果和参考国内外优秀案例的基础上,对长株潭城市立体绿化设计和实践等内容展开研究,取得如下研究成果:1、对我国目前城市立体绿化设计理论和方法出现的种种问题、城市立体绿化设计相关规范和政策的问题以及城市立体绿化设计实施与维护管理出现的问题进行了详尽的分析,以及提出了相应的解决途径;2、对我国目前的城市立体绿化类型及构成要素进行了分析,根据所依附的不同对象进行分类,城市绿化可以分成四种类型,即屋顶绿化、墙体的垂直绿化、沿口绿化和棚架绿化。屋顶绿化可根据地块的使用功能、建筑物的结构特点以及不同的绿化栽植形式进行划分成不同形式的屋顶绿化。由不同类型的构筑物,垂直绿化可以分类为墙面绿化、桥柱绿化和围栏绿化,墙面绿化主要实施载体包括单位和居住区的围墙、建筑的墙面和工地的围墙;另一个可充分进行的绿化改造是以高速公路为代表的空间。沿口绿化可根据绿化的不同载体分为两大类分别为高架沿口绿化和建筑沿口绿化。棚架绿化的主要实施载体为园林花架、停车场棚架、自行车棚架等在内的绿化。城市立体绿化设计的构成要素包括建筑物或构筑物和绿化材料,给水给氧系统。3、本文提出了对目前跟我国城市立体绿化相适应的设计原则、内容及步骤,与此同时,对做城市立体绿化设计需要注意的问题发表了见解:绿化植物的选择,以及不同立体绿化项目自身所具有的特征而打造适地的空间绿化方式,被赋予了更高的要求。一方面要不断搜寻生态适宜的植物种类,另一方面要遵循科学合理的设计原则,唯有如此,方能确保真正美景的设计实施。4、本文还对我国城市立体绿化实践选取了具有代表性的案例进行分析。长沙市以雨花区城市立体绿化设计为代表;株洲市以城市立交桥以及株洲市喜来登挡土墙立体绿化为代表;湘潭市以福星金融国际中心酒店屋顶花园景观深化方案设计为代表对长株潭地区立体绿化进行深刻剖析,为立体绿化的设计提供了可借鉴的经验和理论依据。上述研究结果表明,长株潭城市立体绿化设计与实践在实际操作中出现的各种各样问题还需要有一定的科学、规范的相关政策和方便的施工管理三个方面认真解决和积极引导,从而达到人与环境的和谐统一。在城市绿化建设中,立体绿化已成为园林绿化的一个重要组成部分。发展立体绿化,一方面可以提高城市可视绿量和绿化覆盖率,另一方面也是目前“美丽中国”和生态文明建设中面临的重要课题。
