网球辅助练习对小学生网球底线正手击球技术学习效果的影响研究

【摘要】:网球运动是一项古老且文化底蕴深厚的体育运动,随着国力的增强和人民生活水平的提高网球运动在我国逐渐发展起来,尤其是我国网球选手李娜、彭帅、郑洁等优秀网球运动员在大满贯和职业巡回赛上屡创佳绩,上海“大师杯”、中国网球公开赛等网球重大赛事的成功举办,网球在我国的普及程度日益提高。随着“全国亿万学生阳光体育运动”、“体育、艺术2+1项目”、北京市“课后一小时”等活动的广泛开展,短式网球在小学课后一小时中逐渐普及开来。但是在小学体育教学中,网球课程与其他课程相比,网球课程开展时间较短、地区较少,教学方法手段单一,并且受场地器材、资金、教师等教学资源的限制,网球运动不能在学校有效的开展。那么如何在学习课时少,场地有限,短时间内很难掌握基本动作的情况下,通过有效途径或手段能使学生尽快地掌握正确、规范要求的基本动作,就成为网球教师在教学和训练过程中亟待解决的重要问题。本文以网球辅助练习在小学生网球(短式网球)底线正手击球技术教学中的应用为研究对象,运用文献资料法、实验研究法、问卷调查法等方法,在网球底线正手击球技术教学中,运用辅助练习方法进行教学,对学生掌握技术动作的效果进行教学实验研究,并对学生网球学习兴趣和对网球的认知情况进行实验前和试验后的调查问卷统计分析,弥补网球教学领域的不足,为广大小学网球教师提供直观可行的应用模式和成功经验,促进网球教学方法的创新。通过实验、调查研究表明,网球辅助练习运用于小学网球底线正手击球技术中具有重要的意义,主要表现在以下方面:(1)在小学网球底线正手击球技术教学运用辅助练习教学方法比运用传统教学方法更有利于学生网球技能的提高;(2)教学中合理设计和应用辅助练习更能激发学生对网球的兴趣;(3)辅助练习教学方法与传统教学方法相比,辅助练习教学方法更容易使学生学习和掌握网球底线正手击球技术动作要领。(4)运用“辅助练习”比运用传统教学方法更能降低学生学习网球的难度。(5)运用辅助练习进行网球教学有利于营造良好的教学环境,增加教师人格魅力,提升课堂教学效果。
[Abstract]:Tennis is an ancient sport with profound cultural background. With the increase of national strength and the improvement of people's living standard, tennis is developing gradually in our country, especially Chinese tennis players Li Na, Peng Shuai, Zheng Jie and other outstanding tennis players have repeatedly made good achievements in Grand Slam and professional tournaments. The Shanghai Masters Cup, the China Open Tennis Championship and other major tennis events have been successfully held. Tennis is becoming more and more popular in China. With the development of "National Sunshine Sports for hundreds of millions of students", "21 items of Sports and Art" and "one hour after Class" in Beijing, Short tennis is becoming more popular in primary school one hour after class. But in primary school physical education, tennis curriculum has less time, less area, single teaching method and space equipment, compared with other courses. Limited by funds, teachers and other teaching resources, tennis can not be effectively carried out in schools. So, how to learn less class hours, limited space, and it is difficult to master basic movements in a short period of time, Through effective ways or means to enable students to master the correct and standardized basic actions as soon as possible, It is an important problem for tennis teachers to solve in the process of teaching and training. In the teaching of tennis bottom line forehand batting technique, the methods of experimental research and questionnaire survey are used to teach the students' mastering effect of technical action, and the teaching experiment research is carried out on the effect of students' mastering technical action. It also makes statistical analysis of students' interest in tennis learning and cognition of tennis before and after the experiment, in order to make up for the deficiency of tennis teaching field, and to provide direct and feasible application mode and successful experience for the majority of primary school tennis teachers. Promote the innovation of tennis teaching method. Through the experiment, the investigation and research show that the tennis auxiliary practice in the primary school tennis bottom line forehand batting technique has the important significance, The main performance in the following aspects: 1) in primary tennis bottom line forehand batting teaching assistant practice teaching method than the use of traditional teaching methods are more conducive to the improvement of students' tennis skills in the teaching of reasonable design and application of aids. Practice can stimulate students' interest in tennis more than traditional teaching methods. It is easier for students to learn and master the technique of forehand tennis. 4) to use "auxiliary exercises" to reduce the difficulty of learning tennis more easily than to use traditional teaching methods. Learning to teach tennis is conducive to creating a good teaching environment. Increase the teacher's personality charm, improve the classroom teaching effect.
