健康理念下哈尔滨马家沟棕地景观设计研究

【摘要】：随着城市的快速发展,城市的工业产业也在不断的扩张。在城市中,工业用地所占的比例正在逐渐提升。快速发展的科技,保障了人们能够享受到丰富的物质生活,大大提升了人们的生活水平。然而在工业高速发展的同时大量的自然资源被过度消耗浪费,工业生产过程中产生的大量废弃物被直接排放或堆放到自然环境中,同时由于城市城镇化的发展导致城市空间的重组,大部分工厂从城市中心搬迁,进而形成了大量的城市棕地。这些城市棕地长期缺乏管理,堆放到废弃物中的有害物质不断扩散到自然环境中给城市环境造成严重影响。在城市化不断加速的同时人们的生活压力逐渐增大,身体和精神健康受到工作、环境的影响,人们对于健康生活环境的迫切需求日益凸显,人们需要一个能够在繁忙的城市中放松身心的健康环境。本文所选研究地段以哈尔滨马家沟繁荣街段棕地作为研究对象,通过设计相关问卷对周边居住及使用场地的人群进行问卷调查,总结出场地的现存问题,总结出人们对于健康环境的需求,同时通过查阅相关文献,总结与场地设计相关的基础理论,构建出场地的设计原则,以提出实现场地设计的相关策略。文章首先对现阶段城市棕地为人们带来的问题进行剖析,结合人们对于健康环境的相关需求,同时对国内外的研究现状进行研究总结,确定研究方法。通过问卷调查、实地调研、文献研究等方法佐证文章观点。通过调研分析得出场地现存的问题现状,包括地域环境、周边人群及场地环境现状分析,并提出场地物质承载系统的设计原则,包括自然环境、功能配置、交通网络及景观设施,最后提出对场地精神文化的构建设计原则。实现哈尔滨马家沟健康棕地景观设计的理念及策略,主要有四条设计策略,包括针对棕地遗留元素的设计策略、棕地景观空间的设计策略、以及棕地景观的生态恢复策略,策略中包含通行系统、健康公共空间等细微人性化、回归健康理念的棕地景观设计,以及景观生态恢复设计策略。希望通过系统性研究为哈尔滨马家沟棕地景观设计提供相关策略和有价值的参考,同时为城市棕地景观设计提出系统的设计策略,使相关人员在面对城市棕地景观设计的过程当中能够有更加清晰的处理方法和流程,为改善城市的棕地环境提供一定的参考意见和建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the city, the industrial industry of the city is expanding constantly. In the city, the proportion of industrial land is gradually increasing. The rapid development of technology ensures that people can enjoy a rich material life. This has greatly improved people's living standards. However, with the rapid development of industry, a large number of natural resources have been overconsumed and wasted, and a large amount of waste produced in industrial production has been directly discharged or piled into the natural environment. At the same time, as the development of urbanization led to the reorganization of urban space, most of the factories were relocated from the city center, thus forming a large number of urban brown fields. The constant spread of harmful substances into the waste into the natural environment has a serious impact on the urban environment. While urbanization is accelerating, people's living pressure is gradually increasing, and their physical and mental health is affected by work and the environment, The urgent need for a healthy living environment is becoming increasingly prominent, and people need a healthy environment that can relax in a busy city. The research area selected in this paper is the brownfield of Haerbin Majiagou Prosperity Street. Through the design of relevant questionnaires to the surrounding residents and the use of the site questionnaire survey, summed up the existing problems of the site, summed up the needs of people for a healthy environment, and through reference to relevant literature, This paper summarizes the basic theories related to site design, constructs the design principles of the site, and puts forward the relevant strategies to realize the site design. Firstly, this paper analyzes the problems brought to people by the urban brown land at the present stage. According to the related needs of people for the healthy environment, at the same time, the current research situation at home and abroad is summarized, and the research methods are determined. Through investigation and analysis, the existing problems of the site, including the regional environment, the surrounding people and the site environment, are analyzed, and the design principles of the site material bearing system, including the natural environment, are put forward. Function configuration, traffic network and landscape facilities, finally put forward the construction and design principles of site spiritual culture, and realize the concept and strategy of Haerbin Majiagou healthy brown land landscape design, there are mainly four design strategies, Including the design strategy for the elements left over from the brown area, the design strategy for the landscape space of the brown area, and the ecological restoration strategy for the brown landscape, which includes the subtle humanization of the passing system, the healthy public space, etc. It is hoped that the systematic study will provide relevant strategies and valuable references for the design of brown land in Majiagou, Harbin. At the same time, a systematic design strategy is put forward for the urban brown landscape design, so that the relevant personnel can have more clear processing methods and processes in the process of facing the urban brown landscape design. To improve the urban brown environment to provide certain reference and suggestions.
