探析当代环境艺术设计人才培养对策

【摘要】：社会的不断发展,对环境艺术设计人才提出了更高的要求。为了顺应社会发展的需要,高校有责任培养出符合社会要求的人才,这就使得学校和教师肩上的责任不断加重。为了培养出这样的优秀人才,学校和教师首先要做的是仔细看清楚目前时代发展的趋势,顺应时代的发展做出相应的变革,比如教学理念和内容的革新,调整师资队伍,注重培养学生的动手能力,鼓励学生拓宽自己的视野。不断完善教育体系,不断完善学生的综合能力尤其是动手能力,以达到社会需求的标准。
