无障碍设计在住宅小区景观设计工作中的应用研究

【摘要】：在现代生活中,住宅小区作为居住场所,在我国城市生活中发挥着重要的作用,其区域内的设施居民的心理、生理以及精神更能造成直接的影响。然而,正对老年人、幼儿、残疾人士这类特殊的人士,在目前我国住宅小区的景观设计对于这类特殊人士还存在着一些不方便的设计。因此,在广泛收集大量资料之后,并在实践和思考的基础上,对住宅小区景观的产生、发展入手,较为详尽地介绍了住宅小区景观的历史、分类、特点等等,剖析无障碍设计在住宅小区景观设计工作中的重要性,依据现代心理学,提出在心理方面主要满足于安全感、领域感、归属感和认同感的无障碍住宅小区景观设计；依据环境行为学的理论,通过分析不同人群的行为特征,提出了无障碍住宅小区景观设计应具有可达性、参与性、主题性及生态性。无障碍住宅小区景观设计是城市小区发展的更高阶段,是人们对设计师提出的更具有人性化的要求。
[Abstract]:In modern life, residential district, as a living place, plays an important role in the urban life of our country. The psychological, physiological and spiritual effects of the residents in the residential area are more direct.However, there are some inconvenient designs for these special people in the landscape design of residential district in our country at present.Therefore, after collecting a large amount of data extensively, and on the basis of practice and thinking, this paper introduces the history, classification, characteristics and so on of the residential district landscape in detail, starting with the emergence and development of the residential district landscape.Based on the analysis of the importance of barrier-free design in the landscape design of residential district, according to modern psychology, the author puts forward that the landscape design of barrier-free residential district is mainly satisfied with the sense of security, the sense of domain, the sense of belonging and the sense of identity.According to the theory of environmental behavior and by analyzing the behavior characteristics of different people, it is proposed that the landscape design of barrier-free residential district should be accessible, participatory, thematic and ecological.The landscape design of barrier-free residential district is a higher stage of the development of urban residential area and a more humanized request to designers.
