古寨聚落形态分析及保护途径研究

【摘要】：我国民间的古老村落，可以深刻的反映出我国文化和社会发展在特定历史背景下的清晰脉络，是特定地域民众建设建造活动的智慧结晶，是每个地区传统建筑艺术与技术、地方文化、民族习惯、风土人情的真实描绘，是遗存于我国广大自然山水的珍珠。古寨古村拥有自然的山水格局，民居建筑群由北至南分属于不同的历史时期，古寨是古时候沁源通往平遥、太原的必经之路，具有优越的遗产保护和文化研究价值。然而，，现代生活方式给古寨古村的生态环境与建筑风貌带来了巨大的冲击，古寨的保护及发展工作变得日益迫切。本文以第三批山西省历史文化名村之一——山西省沁源县古寨村为研究对象，从古寨历史沿革与村镇体系规划的专业角度，讨论了古寨古村的保护途径与发展策略。采用实地测绘、走访调查与理论分析的方法，运用专业理论和设计方法，结合各学科知识，深入研究古寨古村的生态保护与发展。指出要解决好古村保护与发展之间的关系，必须防止过度开发旅游业及商业，而且需要当地居民积极参与。本文以古寨古村为研究对象，一方面探讨了古寨古村聚落、民居的布局形态和空间形态。聚落章节，分析了聚落的选址、布局、防御、道路系统和建筑构成。民居章节，解析了民居的空间特征，总结了古寨古村民居在技术和艺术方面所取得的成就；另一方面，提出了古寨古村的保护规划和方法，希望能通过对古寨古村的保护研究，引发管理者与专业人士对古村保护与更新的思考。
[Abstract]:The ancient folk villages in China can profoundly reflect the clear context of the cultural and social development of our country under the specific historical background, and are the crystallization of the wisdom of the construction activities of the people in a specific region, and the traditional architectural art and technology of each region. The real description of local culture, national customs, local customs and customs is the pearl that remains in the vast natural landscape of our country. The ancient village of Guzhai has a natural landscape pattern, and the residential buildings belong to different historical periods from north to south. Guzhai is the only way for Qinyuan to Pingyao and Taiyuan in ancient times, which has excellent heritage protection and cultural research value. However, the modern way of life has brought great impact to the ecological environment and architectural style of Guzhai Ancient Village, and the protection and development of Guzhai has become increasingly urgent. Taking Guzhai Village of Qinyuan County, Shanxi Province, as the research object, this paper discusses the ways of protection and development strategy of Guzhai Ancient Village from the perspective of historical evolution and the system planning of villages and towns in the third batch of historic and cultural villages in Shanxi Province. By means of surveying and mapping on the spot, visiting the methods of investigation and theoretical analysis, using the professional theory and design method, and combining the knowledge of various disciplines, the ecological protection and development of Guzhai ancient village are studied in depth. It is pointed out that in order to solve the relationship between the protection and development of ancient villages, it is necessary to prevent over-exploitation of tourism and commerce, and the active participation of local residents is required. In this paper, Guzhai ancient village as the research object, on the one hand, the ancient village settlement, residential layout and space form. The settlement chapter analyzes the location, layout, defense, road system and architectural composition of the settlement. In the chapter of folk houses, the author analyzes the spatial characteristics of the houses, summarizes the achievements of the ancient villages in technology and art, on the other hand, puts forward the protection planning and methods of the ancient villages, hoping to study the protection of the ancient villages.
