基于重庆地域特色的居住区景观设计研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,我国经济持续稳步增长,地产业迅速崛起。在经历了地产行业的“黄金十年”以后,其繁荣程度虽不如从前,但仍然是我国的支柱性产业。过去的十几年中,城市化进程不断加快,城市建设呈井喷式发展。住宅商品化加快了居住区的建设进程,地产商将目光聚焦于建设的速度,却忽略了小区质量,尤其缺乏对居住区景观地域特色的考虑。“全球化”的浪潮下,思想的交融与共通为我们带来灵感的碰撞,同时也造成了文化的趋同现象,尤其反映在近些年我国的城市建设上。居住区被扣上了“北欧风”、“波西米亚风”、“地中海风”等标签,看似光鲜的外表下是文化的流失,是城市居民内心归属感的丧失。营造具有地域特色的景观居住区环境,是现实环境提出的要求。重庆市是我国典型的山地城市,地形复杂,气候多变,历史底蕴丰厚。山地占据我国三分之二的面积,山地景观的研究具有一定的现实意义。本文主要通过理论研究与调查研究的方法,提炼出对地域特色景观营造最为重要的影响因素,即自然因素和文化因素。通过对重庆居民进行居住区环境评价的问卷调查,总结出一些重庆人民对于居住区环境景观的审美偏好、行为规律和心理诉求。通过对重庆市居住区的实际调研,分析其对地域特色的处理和表达方式,结合理论研究中地域特色景观的影响因素,形成一套适宜重庆地区使用的居住地区地域特色景观营造的原则、思路和手法。对居住区的景观要素道路景观、铺装景观、水景景观、景观小品、植物景观做了分类探讨。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the economy of our country has steadily increased and the industry has risen rapidly. After ten years of "gold" in the real estate industry, its prosperity is still the pillar industry of our country, but it is still the pillar industry of our country. In the past ten years, the process of urbanization has been accelerating and the urban construction has been blowout. The commercialization of housing has accelerated. In the construction process of the residential area, the real estate businessmen focus on the speed of construction, but neglect the quality of the community, especially the lack of consideration of the regional characteristics of the residential landscape. In the wave of "globalization", the blending and communion of ideas brings us inspiration and the convergence of culture, especially in recent years in China. In the city construction, the residential area is buckled to the "Nordic wind", "Bohemia wind", "the Mediterranean wind" and other labels, which seem to be the loss of culture under the appearance of the bright appearance. It is the loss of the inner sense of belonging of the urban residents. To create a landscape residential environment with regional characteristics is the requirement of the present environment. The city of Chongqing is a typical mountain in China. In the urban area, the terrain is complex, the climate is changeable and the historical background is rich. The mountainous area occupies 2/3 of the area of our country. The study of the mountain landscape has some practical significance. This article mainly through the method of theoretical research and investigation, and abstracts the most important influence factors of the regional landscape construction, that is, the natural factors and cultural factors. After a questionnaire survey of the residential environment assessment of Chongqing residents, the aesthetic preferences, behavior rules and psychological demands of some Chongqing people are summed up. Through the actual investigation of the residential areas in Chongqing, the treatment and expression of regional characteristics are analyzed and the influence of regional characteristics in the theoretical study is combined. In order to form a set of principles, ideas and techniques suitable for the landscape construction of regional characteristics of residential areas in Chongqing area, this paper makes a classification of landscape elements road landscape, paving landscape, Waterscape, landscape sketch and plant landscape in the residential area.
