府谷滨黄河城市空间布局研究

【摘要】：近些年我国发展日新月异,城市经济增长迅速,在这一大背景因素的促动下,城市规划面临着全球化的严重问题,各地独具特色的地域特征在城市布局当中逐渐消失。这不仅导致了城市所在自然环境特征及历史脉络的淹没,更导致城市所蕴含的人文精神逐步缺失,在外在物质形态及内在精神形态上,城市都失去了其独有的韵味。城市总体规划布局是城市发展及建设实施的蓝图依据,在实现城市合理发展过程中起到至关重要的作用,但不可避免的在规划及实施过程中缺乏对原有空间特色的塑造和引导,导致一系列城市问题的发生。论文正是在这样一种背景下提出并展开研究的,试图在城市发展机遇推动下探寻城市空间布局与独有的空间环境特色之间应有的诠释与表达。黄河作为中华民族的母亲河,历史文化悠久,促使了沿岸大批城市的产生与发展。黄河流域独有的环境特点也对沿岸城市空间带来不同的影响和城市问题。论文首先对滨水城市布局的相关理论进行研究;接着针对滨黄河城市府谷具体剖析黄河与城市的关系及作用,同时对府谷城市问题进行疏解,为规划布局提供考量依据。最后论文从城市发展与滨黄河特色内在关系出发,分析府谷滨黄河影响下人类活动、交通、景观三大部分在城市空间布局中的诠释与运用。提出在人类活动影响下,符合黄河流域城市自身优势、满足未来城市发展需求的城市功能即是滨黄河城市特色下的城市布局;在交通导向下,通过顺应滨黄河自然空间环境及历史人文环境即是滨黄河特色下的城市空间布局;在滨黄河特色景观下,整合继承自然景观空间格局,符合历史空间形态演化规律,凸显滨黄河地域景观特征即是滨黄河特色下的城市空间布局。最终统一人类活动、交通及景观与自然环境与人工环境之中,才能形成有序健康的滨黄河城市发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of our country and the rapid growth of urban economy, urban planning is faced with the serious problem of globalization, and the unique regional characteristics gradually disappear in the urban layout. This not only leads to the inundation of the natural environment characteristics and historical context of the city, but also leads to the gradual loss of the humanistic spirit contained in the city. The city has lost its unique charm in the external material form and the internal spiritual form. The layout of urban master plan is the blueprint basis of urban development and construction, and plays an important role in the process of realizing the rational development of the city. However, it is inevitable that there is a lack of shaping and guiding the original spatial characteristics in the process of planning and implementation. Leading to a series of urban problems. It is under such a background that the thesis puts forward and carries out the research, trying to explore the proper interpretation and expression between the urban spatial layout and the unique spatial environment characteristics under the impetus of the urban development opportunity. As the mother river of the Chinese nation, the Yellow River has a long history and culture, which promotes the emergence and development of a large number of cities along the coast. The unique environmental characteristics of the Yellow River Basin also bring different impacts and urban problems to the coastal urban space. Firstly, the thesis studies the theory of waterfront city layout; then analyzes the relationship and function between Yellow River and city, and solves the problem of Fugu city in order to provide the basis for planning and layout. Finally, based on the inherent relationship between the urban development and the characteristics of the Yellow River, this paper analyzes the interpretation and application of the three major parts of human activities, traffic and landscape in the urban spatial layout under the influence of Fugu Binhe Yellow River. Under the influence of human activities, the urban function, which accords with the advantages of the Yellow River basin and meets the needs of the future urban development, is the urban layout under the characteristics of the Huanghe River city, and under the traffic guidance, By conforming to the natural spatial environment and the historical human environment of the Yellow River, which is the urban spatial layout under the characteristics of the Yellow River, and under the characteristic landscape of the Yellow River, integrating and inheriting the spatial pattern of the natural landscape, it conforms to the law of the evolution of the historical spatial form. Highlight the landscape features of the Yellow River is the characteristics of the urban space layout. Finally, we can unify human activities, traffic, landscape, natural environment and artificial environment to form an orderly and healthy urban development along the Yellow River.
