【摘要】：正河北曲阳县人,1963年12月生于雕刻世家,自幼随祖父刘东魁、叔祖父刘东元、父亲刘占法学艺。1978年考入县第一雕刻厂,直至1998年,先后在曲阳县第一、第二、第三雕刻厂从事专业技术工作,任技术骨干、设计师。1986年至1987年深造于清华大学美术学院雕塑系。1998年至2006年,先后创建曲阳县荣杰雕刻石材有限公司、曲阳县通宝雕塑建筑艺术有限公司,任董事长兼艺术总监。现为全国城市雕塑创作设计资格证书持证雕塑家、高级环境艺术师、高级工艺美术师、中国石雕艺术大师、中国工艺美术大师。同时,担任中国雕
