怀化市城市绿化现状与规划建设研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着世界范围内城市化进程的不断加快、环境问题的加剧,我国也开始对生态、绿化、环保等概念有了更深层次的认识,人们越来越认识到城市绿化是改善城市生态环境必须采取的重要手段。在经济高速发展的今天,我国的一线城市,也必然走在了我国绿化建设的前线。而各中小型城市也需要紧跟时代的步伐,朝着绿化城市、生态宜居城市迈进。本文通过文献研究法、实地调研法、多学科理论研究法和设计实践法,在综合国内外现有城市绿化建设研究理论的基础上,结合国内外优秀案例,依据城市绿化现状及规划建设原则,以怀化市建成区为例,开展怀化市城市绿化现状与规划建设的研究,具体研究结果如下：(1)整理了国内外城市绿化发展的过程,梳理了研究的相关理论基础,包括人地关系理论、田园城市理论、景观生态学理论、可持续发展理论,并对文章研究的主要概念进行了界定,为文章的展开提供了理论依据。(2)界定了研究范围,阐明怀化市的基本条件、城市发展概况,重点对怀化市环城生态圈、环城道路、城区及乡镇、村庄绿化现状进行分析。(3)通过对怀化市城市绿化现状的研究,做出客观评价,提出了怀化市城市绿化建设优势、现阶段所存在的问题,并做出策略选择,便于后面更具针对性的做怀化市城市绿化规划。(4)根据怀化市城市总体规划,提出“一核、一圈、二环十廊、多组团”的城乡绿化一体化格局的总体规划构想。对怀化市城市绿化空间进行总体布局,为城市绿化建设提供新的发展空间及思路。对重点规划建设项目进行分析,并提出绿化建议、改造措施等,以改善现状,恢复生态。以上研究结果标明,怀化市城市绿化仍然是城市建设中一个较为突出的问题,要解决城市绿化的问题,应做好城市绿化规划工作,并在发展初期突出重点领域建设,有明确、现实的目标及具体的项目,加上公众参与配合及政府各部门完善的管理体制。这样必定能大力推进怀化市城市绿化建设,改变城市整体的景观效果,提升城市形象,达到改善城市的生态环境的目的,帮助怀化市朝建设生态宜居城市更进一步。也希望通过怀化市城市绿化现状与规划建设的研究能对我国其他中小型城市如何开展城市绿化建设能起到一定学习、借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization and the aggravation of environmental problems in the world, China has also begun to have a deeper understanding of the concepts of ecology, greening and environmental protection. More and more people realize that urban greening is an important means to improve urban ecological environment. With the rapid development of economy today, the first-tier cities of our country must be on the front line of greening construction in our country. The small and medium-sized cities also need to keep up with the pace of the times, moving towards greening cities and eco-livable cities. Through literature research, field investigation, multidisciplinary theoretical research and design practice, and on the basis of synthesizing the existing theories of urban greening construction at home and abroad, this paper combines the outstanding cases at home and abroad. According to the present situation of urban greening and the principles of urban planning and construction, taking the established district of Huaihua City as an example, the present situation and planning and construction of urban greening in Huaihua City are studied. The concrete research results are as follows: (1) the process of urban greening development at home and abroad is sorted out. Combing the relevant theoretical basis of the study, including human-land relationship theory, rural city theory, landscape ecology theory, sustainable development theory, and the main concepts of the article are defined. It defines the scope of the research, clarifies the basic conditions of Huaihua, the general situation of urban development, and focuses on the ecological circle, the road around the city, the urban area and the towns in Huaihua. Based on the study of the present situation of urban greening in Huaihua City, the paper makes an objective evaluation, puts forward the advantages of the urban greening construction of Huaihua City, the existing problems at the present stage, and makes a strategic choice. According to the overall planning of Huaihua city, this paper puts forward the overall plan of "one core, one circle, two rings and ten corridors, multi-group" of urban and rural greening integration pattern. The overall layout of urban greening space in Huaihua City is presented, which provides a new development space and train of thought for urban greening construction. In order to improve the present situation and restore the ecology, this paper analyzes the key planning and construction projects, and puts forward some greening suggestions and renovation measures. The above research results indicate that urban greening in Huaihua City is still a relatively prominent problem in urban construction. To solve the problem of urban greening, we should do a good job in urban greening planning and give prominence to the construction of key areas in the early stage of development. Realistic objectives and specific projects, coupled with public participation and a sound management system across government departments. In this way, the city greening construction of Huaihua city will be greatly promoted, the overall landscape effect of the city will be changed, the image of the city will be promoted, and the purpose of improving the ecological environment of the city can be achieved, which will help Huaihua city to further develop the eco-livable city. It is also hoped that the study on the present situation and planning of urban greening in Huaihua City can be used as a reference for the study of how to carry out the construction of urban greening in other small and medium-sized cities in China.
