【摘要】:湿地独特的生态系统具有很多的功能,它不仅仅为人类生活的环境带来了改善,也为社会发展提供了资源。而湿地公园正是湿地保护体系中主要的生态模式之一。随着人们对湿地景观的日益关注,在缺乏生态理论合理规划的情况下,湿地受到了过度的开发和人为的影响,削减了湿地内在的保护及可持续性功能。近年来,对湿地保护的大力宣传使得人们对于湿地保护的意识逐渐增强。湿地公园是国家湿地保护体系的重要组成部分,对于湿地起着一定的保护作用。建设湿地公园是湿地保护和恢复的实践途径,同时对推动城市经济可持续发展也具有重要作用。依托湿地公园的主题性、自然性和生态性等特点,发挥其保护、科研、教育和合理利用等功能,是建设湿地公园的基本任务。目前,城市湿地公园的建设和发展正逢一个蓬勃发展的机会,然而,湿地公园的规划设计在趋于成熟和完善的道路上还有许多问题亟待解决,在湿地公园建设中,诸如协调人与湿地的矛盾、保护湿地完整的生态系统、各类湿地的优化结构等问题,还需要在研究与实践中探索其科学的理论及方法。本文以常州市横塘河拟建的湿地公园为对象,对项目地的自然、社会及经济状况做了全面系统的调查,在理论研究和经典案例分析的基础上,从理论和技术层面探讨了常州市横塘河湿地公园规划设计的关键问题,并进行了常州市横塘河湿地公园规划设计的具体实践,主要获得以下结论:(1)城市湿地公园是保护湿地和恢复湿地的一种模式,是解决城市湿地合理开发与保护关系的有效途径。(2)确定了常州市横塘河湿地公园的湿地系统构成:湿地生态系统、湿地文化系统、湿地景观系统。(3)常州市横塘河湿地公园定性为市区复合式生态开放型的城市湿地文化休闲空间和城市的核心生态纽带;应遵循生态优先、合理利用、因地制宜、地域文化、可持续发展的规划原则;确立了生态保护、科教宣传和生态游憩的功能定位。(4)最终确立了“一轴两带六区”的景观格局,并划分科教宣传休闲区、城市湿地景观区、湿地恢复展示区、湿地保护区、文化游憩区等六大功能区。提出生态修复技术和景观格局营造技术等。
[Abstract]:The unique ecosystem of wetland has many functions. It not only improves the environment of human life, but also provides resources for social development. Wetland park is one of the main ecological models in wetland protection system. As people pay more and more attention to wetland landscape in the absence of ecological theory and reasonable planning the wetland has been overdeveloped and artificially affected which has reduced the inherent protection and sustainable function of wetland. In recent years, people's awareness of wetland protection has been gradually strengthened by the vigorous publicity of wetland protection. Wetland park is an important part of national wetland protection system and plays a certain role in wetland protection. The construction of wetland park is a practical way of wetland protection and restoration, and also plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of urban economy. Relying on the characteristics of theme, nature and ecology, it is the basic task of wetland park to develop its functions such as protection, scientific research, education and rational utilization. At present, the construction and development of urban wetland park coincides with an opportunity for vigorous development. However, there are still many problems to be solved in the planning and design of wetland park on the road towards maturity and perfection, and in the construction of wetland park, It is necessary to explore its scientific theory and method in research and practice, such as coordinating the contradiction between wetland and wetland, protecting the intact ecosystem of wetland, optimizing the structure of all kinds of wetland and so on. Taking the proposed wetland park of Hengtang River in Changzhou as the object, this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic investigation on the natural, social and economic situation of the project land, and on the basis of theoretical research and classic case analysis, This paper discusses the key problems in the planning and design of the Hengtang River Wetland Park in Changzhou City from the theoretical and technical aspects, and carries out the concrete practice of the planning and design of the Hengtang River Wetland Park in Changzhou City. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) Urban Wetland Park is a model for wetland conservation and wetland restoration. It is an effective way to solve the relationship between rational development and protection of urban wetland. (2) the wetland system composition of Hengtang River Wetland Park in Changzhou City is determined: wetland ecosystem, wetland culture system, The wetland landscape system of Changzhou Hengtang River Wetland Park is defined as the urban compound ecological open urban wetland culture leisure space and the core ecological link of the city, and should follow the ecological priority, rational utilization, local conditions, regional culture, The planning principle of sustainable development, the function orientation of ecological protection, science and education propaganda and ecological recreation. Finally, the landscape pattern of "one axis, two belts and six districts" is established, and science and education propaganda and leisure area and urban wetland landscape area are divided. Wetland restoration exhibition area, wetland reserve, cultural recreation area and other six functional areas. Put forward ecological restoration technology and landscape pattern construction technology.
