皖江示范区环境设计文化创意产业高职高专人才培养

【摘要】：如何在环境设计人才培养模式改革创新中培养满足示范区需求的应用型复合人才,成为皖江示范区环境设计文化创意高职高专人才培养的核心目标。针对皖江示范区环境艺术设计文化创意产业所面临的问题,提出形成新型人才培养方式、构建新型"订单式"人才培养方式、创新"冠名班"人才培养方式、建立学校与行业协会共建人才培养方式、完善校际间实训基地共建人才培养方式等。希望通过人才培养改革,建立校企合作专业平台,构建新的复合应用型人才培养体系,实现示范区环境设计教学与国际层次的教育改革相接轨,以满足地方经济社会发展的需要。
[Abstract]:How to cultivate applied compound talents to meet the needs of demonstration areas in the reform and innovation of environmental design talents training mode has become the core goal of the cultivation of creative talents of environmental design culture in Anhui River demonstration area. In view of the problems faced by the creative industries of environmental art design and culture in the demonstration area of Wanjiang River, this paper puts forward the formation of a new type of talent training, the construction of a new type of "order type", and the innovation of "naming class". To establish the way of training talents in schools and trade associations, and to perfect the training methods of intercollegiate practical training bases. It is hoped that through the reform of personnel training, the establishment of a professional platform for cooperation between schools and enterprises, and the construction of a new compound applied talent training system, the environmental design teaching in the demonstration area will be brought into line with the educational reform at the international level.
