【摘要】：目前休闲农业园正逐渐成为人们进行休闲活动的理想场所以及农业供给侧改革的有效途径。文章在综合国内外相关理论研究及参考国内外的成功案例的基础上,进行了渑池县南庄水库库区休闲农业园的概念规划,在规划理念方面提出“生态、特色、回归、一站式”四大理念;在产业结构布局上提出“一心两轴、一带四谷”的布局方式;发展模式方面:以市场为导向,构建豫西城郊休闲圣地,以休闲体验与现代农业相结合,实现一二三产业一体化综合性的可持续发展。通过对休闲农业的理论研究及对渑池县南庄水库库区休闲农业园的规划,总结得出如下结论:(1)国内休闲农业正在朝着规模化、集约化、标准化的方向发展,园区功能逐渐多元化,园区服务逐渐专业化,园区产业逐渐特色化。(2)分析南庄水库库区的自然特征、人文特征、社会特征、景观特征与环境特征等,总结出现状面临的挑战是休闲农业的产业产品如何设计,游览路线如何科学规划及可持续发展模式如何确定。(3)概念规划从整体出发,因地制宜,运用生态、心理、旅游、艺术等科学理论,注重人性化与体验化设计,突出农耕文化,打造园区农业产品产供销一体化。营造富有趣味、文化、科学、艺术等特征的多元化的南庄水库库区休闲农业园。
[Abstract]:At present, leisure agriculture park is becoming the ideal place for people to carry out leisure activities and an effective way to reform the supply side of agriculture. On the basis of synthesizing the domestic and foreign relevant theories and referring to the successful cases at home and abroad, the paper carries out the conceptual planning of the leisure agriculture park in Nanzhuang Reservoir area of Mianchi County, and puts forward the concept of "ecology, characteristics, regression" in the planning concept. One-stop "four ideas"; put forward the layout mode of "one mind, two axes, four valleys" in the layout of industrial structure; the development mode: take the market as the direction, construct the leisure holy land in the suburbs of western Henan, combine the leisure experience with modern agriculture, To realize the integrated and comprehensive sustainable development of one, two, three industries. Based on the theoretical study of leisure agriculture and the planning of leisure agriculture garden in Nanzhuang Reservoir area of Mianchi County, it is concluded that the leisure agriculture in China is developing towards the direction of scale, intensification and standardization. The functions of the park are gradually diversified, the service of the park is becoming more specialized, and the park industry is gradually characterized. (2) analyzing the natural, humanistic, social, landscape and environmental characteristics of the Nanzhuang Reservoir area, etc. It is concluded that the challenges facing the present situation are how to design the industrial products of leisure agriculture, how to plan the tour route scientifically and how to determine the model of sustainable development. Art and other scientific theories focus on humanization and experiential design, highlight farming culture, and create the integration of production, supply and marketing of agricultural products in the park. Create a variety of interesting, cultural, scientific, artistic and other characteristics of the Nanzhuang Reservoir area leisure agriculture park.
