深圳市普通住宅居住区儿童户外活动场地模块化研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着城市居住区开发不断向郊区转移,对住房有较高刚性需求的人群成为此类居住区的消费主体,其对居住环境实用性要求的提高促使着居住区景观设计向“经济、实用、美观”的本质回归。儿童是居住区最主要的活动人群,对居住区外环境有很强的依赖性。儿童户外活动场地不仅是居住环境的重要组成部分,也是儿童日常活动机会最多的地方,其建设水平的高低一方面直接影响整个居住区景观的品质,也在很大程度上影响儿童的户外活动质量和身心的健康发育。目前受政策影响,在居住区开发成本提高,景观投资萎缩的现状下,如何改善设计水平参差不齐的现状,使儿童活动场地既能满足儿童的基本需求,又丰富多样;如何在保证场地质量的前提下,提高场地的营建速度,降低建设成本和后期管养的费用和难度,最终实现质量与效率的平衡成为我们更应关注的问题。本研究以此为出发点,选取深圳市普通住宅居住区为主要对象,引入模块化理论,将居住区儿童活动场地系统进行分解形成模块,在明确模块设计要点和管理标准的基础上,探讨模块的多样化组合方式。以期通过模块化研究规范设计师工作,为其提供设计参考;以种类多样的组合化产品满足不同儿童群体的需求,同时为管理者提供管理标准和评判依据,以新的视角探讨普通住宅居住区儿童活动场地建设的新思路。研究主要围绕以下几个方面展开:首先结合基础理论与实地调研对普通住宅居住区儿童户外活动场地模块化研究的可行性进行分析。其次,对儿童活动场地系统进行分析分解,通过要素的提取和分离,构建普通住宅居住区儿童户外活动场地的模块系统。然后从模块系统的外部设计和模块的系列化设计两个方面入手,对不同层级的模块依次进行具体设计,得到可用于组合的各级通用模块和选择性模块。在此基础上,根据模块的特点,提出模块系统的管理方法,包括各级模块施工管理标准的制定和模块编码以及电子数据库的构建。最后,根据居住区儿童的年龄分组,及不同的绿地类型,从模块选择、模块组合及模块化产品组合三个方面分别提出建议和方法,以期形成适合各年龄段儿童的户外活动场地模块化产品,实现对模块系统的应用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of urban residential areas moving to the suburbs, people with high rigid demand for housing have become the main consumer of such residential areas, and the improvement of the practical requirements for the living environment has prompted the residential landscape design to be "economic". The essence of utility and beauty. Children are the most active people in residential areas, and have strong dependence on the environment outside residential areas. Children's outdoor activities are not only an important part of the living environment, but also the most opportunities for children's daily activities. On the one hand, the level of construction directly affects the quality of the whole residential landscape. It also affects the quality of outdoor activities and physical and mental health of children to a great extent. At present, under the influence of policy, how to improve the uneven design level under the condition of higher development cost and shrinking landscape investment in residential areas, so that the children's activities can meet the basic needs of children, but also rich and diverse; We should pay more attention to how to improve the construction speed of the site, reduce the cost and difficulty of the later management, and finally achieve the balance between quality and efficiency on the premise of ensuring the quality of the site. This research takes this as the starting point, selects the ordinary residential district in Shenzhen as the main object, introduces the modularization theory, decomposes the children's activity site system in the residential area to form the module, and on the basis of the clear module design key points and the management standard, This paper discusses the diversified combination of modules. In order to standardize designers' work through modularization research, to provide design reference for designers, to meet the needs of different groups of children with a variety of combined products, and to provide management standards and evaluation basis for managers. This paper discusses the new ideas of children's activity field construction in residential area from a new angle of view. The research focuses on the following aspects: firstly, the feasibility of modularization of children's outdoor activities in residential areas is analyzed by combining basic theory and field investigation. Secondly, the children's field system is analyzed and decomposed. Through the extraction and separation of the elements, the module system of the children's outdoor activity field in the common residential area is constructed. Then, starting with the external design of the module system and the serialization design of the module, the modules of different levels are designed in turn, and the general module and the selective module can be used for the combination. On this basis, according to the characteristics of the module, the management method of the module system is put forward, including the establishment of the construction management standard for all levels of modules, the module coding and the construction of the electronic database. Finally, according to the age group of children in residential area and different types of green space, the suggestions and methods are put forward from three aspects: module selection, module combination and modular product combination. In order to form a modular product of outdoor activities for children of all ages, to achieve the application of the module system.
