中国罗霄山脉昆虫区系特征及多样性初步研究

【摘要】:罗霄山脉是中国中亚热带地区乃至全球,最具完整性和原始性的自然景观地带之一,蕴藏着丰富的生态资源、生物资源、森林资源,是一座多样性种群聚集繁衍的基因库,有着非常重要的开发利用和科学研究价值。由于昆虫具有个体数量多、分布广种类丰富且世代相对较短的特点,使其成为生物多样性研究最方便的材料,是物种多样性研究最理想的实验材料。到目前为止,有关罗霄山脉昆虫系统性的研究尚不存在,仅有部分山地进行了区域性的考察,仍然存在丰富的资源可做考察研究,所以罗霄山脉昆虫区系的研究,昆虫种类的调查,以及昆虫多样性的分析对于整个罗霄山脉生物多样性的研究、保护及其发展都具有重要的意义。本研究是在国家科技基础性工作专项重点项目的资助下进行的,在研究过程中,通过查阅国内外发表的与罗霄山脉昆虫研究有关的文献资料,并检视了实验室采自罗霄山脉大围山、武功山、幕阜山等15个保护区共计14000余头标本,对该地区的昆虫资源进行了较为系统的研究和整理,得出如下结果:1.本文首次对罗霄山脉地区的昆虫资源进行了较为系统的研究分析;2.共鉴定罗霄山脉昆虫标本7目、47科、165属、208种,并根据项目的总体要求录入EXCEL数据库;3.对每个物种进行了简要的记述,并配有各个种的采集信息和整体特征图;4.对罗霄山脉昆虫群落物种组成进行了统计,分析了罗霄山脉昆虫各目的科级、属级以及种级的数量分布情况;同时记录了罗霄山脉的优势目、优势科、优势属;5.对罗霄山脉各保护区内的昆虫进行了统计和比较,初步明确了各个保护区内的昆虫分布情况;6.采用查阅文献和检视标本相结合的方法,分析了罗霄山脉昆虫的区系成分组成;7.利用Berger Parker优势度指数、Margalef丰富度指数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数、Simposn优势集中性指数等生物多样性指数对罗霄山脉昆虫进行了多样性分析。
[Abstract]:The Luoxiao Mountain range is one of the most complete and primitive natural landscape zones in the middle subtropical region of China and even the whole world. It contains abundant ecological resources, biological resources and forest resources, and is a gene bank for the concentration and reproduction of diverse populations. Has very important development utilization and the scientific research value. Because of its large number of individuals, abundant species and relatively short generations, insects have become the most convenient materials for biodiversity research and the most ideal experimental materials for species diversity research. So far, there has been no systematic study of insects in the Luoxiao Mountains. Only some mountain regions have conducted regional surveys, and there are still abundant resources to study, so the insect fauna of the Luoxiao Mountains has been studied. The investigation of insect species and the analysis of insect diversity are of great significance for the study, conservation and development of biodiversity in the whole Luoxiao Mountains. This study was carried out with the financial support of the national scientific and technological foundational work project. In the course of the research, the literature related to the study of insects in the Luoxiao Mountains was reviewed and published at home and abroad. More than 14000 specimens were collected from 15 protected areas in Luoxiao Mountains, such as Dawei Mountain, Wugong Mountain and Mufu Mountain. The insect resources in this area were systematically studied and sorted out. The results are as follows: 1. In this paper, the insect resources in Luoxiao Mountain region were studied and analyzed for the first time. A total of 208 species of 7 orders, 47 families, 165 genera and 165 genera of insect specimens from Luoxiao Mountains were identified and recorded in EXCEL database according to the overall requirements of the project. A brief description of each species is given, and a collection of information and an overall feature map of each species are provided. The species composition of insect community in Luoxiao Mountain range was analyzed, and the quantity distribution of the order, genus and species of insects in Luoxiao Mountains was analyzed, and the dominant order, dominant family and dominant genus of Luoxiao Mountains were recorded. The distribution of insects in various protected areas of Luoxiao Mountains was preliminarily determined by statistics and comparison. The floristic composition of insects in Luoxiao Mountains was analyzed by the method of consulting literature and examining specimens. Using the Berger Parker dominance index Margalef richness index Shannon-Wiener diversity index Pielou evenness index Simposn dominant concentration index and other biodiversity indices to analyze the diversity of insects in Luoxiao Mountains.
