浙江金华传统村镇商业街区环境的类型学研究

【摘要】：传统村镇商业街区环境是传统聚落中重要的组成部分,其形成和发展与地域的自然、社会、历史、人文密切相关。浙江金华历来商风盛行,贸易活动促使一些村镇形成了具有历史积淀和人文价值的商业环境。然而,金华地区的地理环境、社会风俗、自然条件的发展千差万别,单一的分析方式难以把握金华类型各异的街区环境形成的动因和本质,这对于地域性特征的解析有很大的局限。因此,本文利用具有层次性、整体性的类型学研究方法,结合文献的查阅、现状的调研对金华传统村镇商业街区环境进行较为系统的剖析。最后,根据研究结论和方法的总结,探寻对传统景观环境重构的启示。本文主要以如下几个部分进行研究:第一部分,通过对国内外相关理论研究,了解传统商业街区的研究价值,掌握类型学理论与实践研究的发展动态,为后文类型学在传统村镇街区上的运用奠定理论基础。第二部分,对金华地区传统村镇商业街区的形成与发展背景进行分析。基于调研资料总结归纳金华传统村镇街区环境特征与商业环境特征,并论述了本文中运用的类型学方法及街区环境基本平面类型。下文将依据这些方法分为宏观与微观两个层面进行探讨。第三部分,宏观层面根据形成动因将商业街区环境分为因水而兴、因路而兴、因业而兴三种类型,结合实际的案例,分析不同生成环境类型的形成渊源、营建模式和平面形态类型,并比较类型之间的差异;微观层面根据物质和非物质的构成要素分为外在形式、内在意向两个方面,并分别对各类型要素进行详细的论述。第四部分,探讨现在传统村镇商业街区环境实践运用时面临的现状,以及可以利用的类型学方法;结合设计实例,研究金华传统街区的识别和重塑;最后,基于商业街区环境类型与地域性的总结,为现代的传统街区规划建设提供指导建议。
[Abstract]:The environment of the traditional village and town commercial block is an important part of the traditional settlement. Its formation and development are closely related to the nature, society, history and humanities of the region. Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, has always been popular in commerce, and trade activities have prompted some villages and towns to form a business environment with historical accumulation and humanistic value. However, the development of geographical environment, social customs, and natural conditions in Jinhua area varies widely, so it is difficult to grasp the causes and essence of the formation of Jinhua district environment of different types in a single way. This is very limited to the analysis of regional features. Therefore, this paper uses the hierarchical, holistic typology research methods, combined with literature review, the current situation of the investigation of Jinhua traditional village and town commercial district environment for a more systematic analysis. Finally, according to the conclusion of the research and the summary of the methods, the enlightenment to the reconstruction of the traditional landscape environment is explored. This article mainly carries on the research in the following several parts: the first part, through the domestic and foreign correlation theory research, understands the traditional commercial district research value, grasps the typology theory and the practice research development tendency, It lays a theoretical foundation for the application of typology in traditional villages and towns. The second part analyzes the formation and development background of traditional village and town commercial district in Jinhua area. Based on the investigation and research data, this paper summarizes and summarizes the environmental and commercial environmental characteristics of traditional villages and towns in Jinhua, and discusses the typology method used in this paper and the basic plane types of street environment. The following will be divided into macro and micro-level based on these methods. In the third part, according to the reasons of formation, the environment of commercial block is divided into three types: water, road and industry. Combined with actual cases, the formation of different generation environment types is analyzed. The construction mode and the plane form type are compared and the differences between the types are compared. The micro level is divided into external form and internal intention according to the composition elements of material and nonmaterial and each type of elements is discussed in detail. The fourth part discusses the current situation and typology methods which can be used in the environmental practice of the traditional village and town commercial blocks. Finally, it studies the identification and remodeling of Jinhua traditional blocks by combining the design examples. Based on the summary of the environmental types and regions of commercial blocks, this paper provides guidance and suggestions for the planning and construction of modern traditional blocks.
